Most of the staff were incredibly pleasant, only one person was strange and borderline rude. Breakfast was awesome and everyone who made it was great. Coffee and housekeeping were good too

Ran out of OJ 4-5 days into our week stay and it never got replaced. AC was broken for a couple nights before I got maintenance to fix, he was very nice but it shouldn't have been broken to begin with. It was very expensive for what we got and I only wanted/needed one bed and we had two. Shower made weird noises but worked.

Staff was so nice and helpful and they are constantly cleaning. Was skeptical due to low rates but was surprised by comfort and the size of the rooms, and cleanliness, and comfort of bed and the fact there was a small kitchen and the breakfast was really good for hotel food. Will love to find this hotel again.

The pool was not working but they did just have a tornado tear through the area and the hotels nearby had significant damages. Hard to complain about anything else though. Internet was fast, beds comfy, very clean, great breakfast. hot coffee all day long

My room had all the comforts of home, and provided me the luxury of a home-like stay. The room had a great layout that felt more like home than a hotel. I liked that there was a desk and work area for the business things I needed to do. I liked that it had a closet type dressing room area to house all my wardrobe type items, and that it was stocked with an ironing board and iron. The kitchenette was just right and stocked with the items I would need for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast that was served each morning was very tasty, and had some variety from day to day. I really enjoyed my stay. It made my time there feel more like a vacation trip instead of a work trip.

The pool was not open during my stay. It looked like it was going through some type of repair, which I understand has to happen sometimes.

Very convenient to the activities we needed/wanted to do. We arrived a little early but the staff graciously allowed us to wait in the lobby and even allowed us to check in when the room was ready. Super nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the seating arrangement as many hotels are not set up to see the TV from the couch. The kitchenette would have been useful if we had a longer stay, it was nice to have the larger refrigerator. The layout was a bit different for a suite but I liked it.

When we arrived I asked for a room on the first floor and there were no issues accommodating my request. In fact the room was fantastic. It was near the front entrance, and the breakfast area, which made it easy for my husband since he doesn't do well with a lot of walking.

The breakfast was a little scarce. I gathered that an airline crew had just come through about 30 minutes before we got to the area. The replenishment turnaround was slow. But, we found enough to get us going for the day.

The kitchenette was great. They supplied everything I needed. Flatware, plates, pots, pans, glasses, cookies utensils, cutting board, etc. . The bed was so comfortable, and the room stayed warm, even in these frigid negative temps. The room was spacious and had a great deal of storage for clothes, shoes, etc. The bathroom was large and clean. Everything worked great, powerful shower, nice hot water. Hot breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. And each day offered something different. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and beautifully decorated. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. I will certainly book here again.

There was nothing to dislike. This hotel was fantastic.

The rooms were perfect for this mom, who was attending a concert with three teens. There was always access to a sink, and while the kids slept in, I was able to go enjoy the breakfast/lounge area in peace without disturbing them. The closet between the room and bathroom was very nice for everyone as well. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was great!

I couldn't get the television to turn on, but really didn't mind. Probably dead batteries, but I didn't care enough to ask for new ones.

I don't know if they had breakfast which was fine because we were going out for brunch anyway. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. They had Marie calendars frozen dinners to purchase which was super helpful when my bottomless 8 year old was hungry again after we were in for the night. Place felt safe which you sometimes don't get with extended stay hotels in this price range. Even had a set of utensils and such in the room. Everything clean. Room was plenty big enough and the price was lower than any of the hotels nearby that had horrible reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again!

My room didn't have an iron but the staff was more than willing to get one for me if I had made a fuss about it.

The location and room size were great. The stocked kitchen was a huge plus and we loved the living room area. It had enough space for us to both do remote work. The front desk was also super friendly.

The breakfast was lackluster every morning unfortunately. I feel like that's the one area they could really improve on. There was also a weird liquid dripping down the elevator door on the first floor that was offputting.

Every aspect of my stay here was exceptional. They always go above and beyond. Staff is so friendly. The hotel is always clean. It's also very quiet. You don't hear anyone above you walking around.

It exceeded my expectations in every way. Not sure there is anything to improve.
