I almost hate to review this place. It was so delightfully perfect, and I hate for anyone else to learn about it. The room was well done and maximized the view and privacy. While other activities were available, fully outfitted with fishing tackle, paddle boats, and other self-powered watercraft, the room was a perfect getaway, and we enjoyed it immensely! So, I think you should move along. I just wanted to let you know there is nothing to see here. This is not the ideal weekend getaway, and you should leave it for me :)

Some shade on the deck for late afternoon would have been nice. Towel hooks in the area of the hot tub, so I could hang the lovely robe provided. Would not have been a bad idea to have hand rails at the hot tub and in the shower, steam area. An icemaker would have been a good addition. Idiot proof the sound system, I never could get the music to play off my phone, but I also didn't spend much time figuring it out.

It is definitely secluded and the property is very nice. We didn’t realize when we booked the suite that it was in a group of 4, which made it more like a hotel room. The suite itself was beautiful but we wanted more privacy. Thankfully there was 1 cabin available that the staff graciously let us upgrade for the night- as we were only staying for one night.

Be aware it is a gravel road with steep grades- no problem for us because we were in a truck with 4-wheel drive. This is plainly explained on the website, but if you’ve never been in this type of terrain you may not fully understand!

We stayed in cabin 4 king size bed. Although there are trees in our view it’s still very pretty and private! That is why I liked all the trees around. The staff was wonderful to us. They met our requests(even a big one) with a great attitude and great service. We went on a little boat ride with their affordable mighty toon boat for two hours. You’d be surprised how far you can get in that little boat. They have bigger super nice boats that are affordable as well for 4 hours. It was very clean and nice. The only thing I regret is not staying longer. I highly recommend !!!

We had an absolute wonderful time at the most beautiful Beaver Lakefront Cabins. Todd and his wife have built a true gem here. It was such a blessing to stay in suite A. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The suite has a cozy fireplace, BBQ, and a lovely hot tub. Everything is spotless, clean and comfortable! The facility come with so many things that are free to use - from fishing, even heated indoor fishing, to kayaks, pedal boats and more. It’s absolutely incredible. Everyone is so welcoming! The minute we arrived we felt at home and had the most peaceful time! Special thanks to Todd and Larry, who came to our rescue and helped us with our flat tire and also to Luke, who went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Todd and team! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back!

The view was amazing! Anything that you would need was provided in the unit! The couples only was a definite plus for us. We will return if we are back in the area again.

There is nothing negative to say about this property. Now the road to get back to the unit was a pretty rough, but that wouldn’t stop us from visiting again. We were in a truck but anyone coming in a car might be rough. Definitely no more than 10 miles an hour.

It was so peaceful with beautiful views! The staff immediately responded to our questions and concerns. The tv remote wouldn’t work, and they were there to replace it within 5 minutes. The shower on the room was great! I’ll be looking to replace mine at home with one like was in the room.

The lighting is a little dim, but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time.

This was our second stay here in the past year! We love the cabins, learned from our previous visit to bring many of our own meals so that we could grill out and cook. We wanted to just spend more time in the actual cabin, so we did! Jacuzzi tub time each day, loved the huge windows and how the space feels, and we really enjoyed having a fireplace. We loved the robes and packaged new slippers available for use.

Honestly, our only complaint was that the bed in our other cabin we were in before had a much more comfortable bed! While this mattress was comfortable, I think it is time to replace it because the middle caves in a bit and can be hard on even our 30-something backs! :) But we will be back and really enjoy BLC! (Maybe leave some more toilet paper and bath salts for those that stay more than 1 or 2 nights, like we did!)

Fantastic service-very accommodating to our questions and needs. Very beautiful and private. Nice location and very close to Eureka Springs although the road in is definitely a 5 mph max. Lovely lake views from the cabin and its deck. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of other amenities. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Wifi was quite sketchy. We weren’t looking to connect to work, just stream music through the nice stereo system. Bummer. While the water was certainly clean, it had an off taste from the tap. Filtered water from the fridge was much better so use it for coffee, etc.

The location is exactly as described and is perfect for a secluded get away trip. While we didn't use any of the water extras like complimentary fishing poles, canoes, etc. (too cold and rain), it was nice to know that it will be available next time we visit.

The cabin, staff, and location were excellent, however, getting to the cabin on the gravel/dirt road is less than ideal. We used my company vehicle with AWD and travelers must expect a slow bumpy ride down a slope. To be fair, the description advertising did mention road access challenges before I booked the property. While peaceful and quiet most of the time, there were instances of loud knocking noises throughout the day which we determined was from woodpeckers. Surrounded by trees and nature, one will have to expect animal noises.

The view from the sky suite was absolutely amazing. It was far enough from Eureka Springs to feel very private, but not so far that it was difficult to go into town. The shower in the suite had a steam generator and it was a divine experience. The fireplace was really cozy and the kitchen very functional.

The cupboards still had that strange new cupboard smell. Besides that, no complaints about our stay.
