The adjoining rooms were great but having 2 queen beds in one of the rooms left VERY LITTLE room to squeeze by to the point wanted to move the chairs outside. Would be better to have king bed in one room and doubles in the other room just to have room, or just doubles in both rooms even. The breakfasts were nice...nice selection as well and always plenty of food to choose from. The location to Disneyland was not bad. Ended up being a mile walk...took about 30 mins to get from room to main gate at Disneyland. Was hoping it was closer since we tended to go back at lunch for a break/nap before heading out again for the afternoon/evening.

One of the hot tubs didn't work, was a bit shocked that had to pay like $20 a day to park on top of the hotel room, and many taxes. As far as cleaning the room, we didn't even ask to have our room cleaned other than trash emptied. So was disappointed in the price a bit.

Location was amazing. You can walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good and they even put the menu for the next day on a white board in the breakfast room. All the staff were very friendly. Even paying for parking ($20/day), I think it was a great deal. I would recommend and I would stay again.

The only little complaint I have is about the toilet flush. Sometimes you had to just press very hard to work, other times even when you pressed hard, didn’t work 100%. It wasn’t a big deal, but definitely a waste of water (need to flush more than once many times).

But I love the best was the location of the property. It was very close to Disneyland so easy to walk.

I went to breakfast on my first day, and it seemed rather chaotic. The people didn’t know which way to go in to the lines there were not enough plates, or to go containers to put your food in with the cereal bar being in the center it kind of caused a back up with people going back-and-forth. It was just confusing so I didn’t go to your breakfast for the next several days while I was at your hotel. For the most part, our stay was very enjoyable but you could have better coffee selection in the rooms.

The breakfast was great-everyday there were new Hot Buffet options like eggs and chorizo, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, etc. They also had oatmeal and yogurt bar, juices and coffees, and a cereal station along with fruits and carbs :) The best coffee was in the lobby The staff were very kind and helpful with all our questions. There were 2 pools (but only one was heated (february)) and 2 hot tubs. They seemed cleaned but maybe heavily chlorinated as we broke out in pool rashes that got better after a shower. The rooms were clean and my kids thought the beds were super comfy. You can't beat the location. About a 15min walk to the security line of downtown Disney and then another 5-10min to the Disney entrance, unless you take the monorail (which is a ride and you can use your Disney tix to enter here) and it's not far after security. It's also 5min to other restaurants in the area. The bus stops are out front or across the street if you prefer to take them to get to the parks via the ART.

Not quite soundproof. We could hear our neighbors very well when they came home and we were napping. I feel bad for them as we have 2 young kiddos. We were on the top floor and so I can't speak to how noisy it was below us. If people let their doors close instead of holding them, it was very loud. And you could hear some street racing at night. OVerall, though, it was pretty quiet at night and we slept just fine.

The location to Disneyland is brilliant just across the street 10mins and you are in downtown the hotel is lovely the rooms are spacious and have everything you need including a fridge and microwave the grounds and pool areas are well kept and plenty of space there is a laundry room aswell the staff were very helpful and friendly we could check in early as our room was ready and they let us leave our cases when we checked out too morning breakfast buffet was nice too all in all a great hotel would recommend.

Dark rooms and the road was noisy but still slept well

-great breakfast daily, large cafeteria which is nice, accommodates nicely. -bed and sheets comfortable -nice tv & wifi convenient -microwave and refrigerator convenient

-two upholstered chairs were difficult to use, too tight in space next to bed. -hard water in shower is unpleasant, water pressure great -complimentary bath, shampoo/conditioner too tiny, we ended up going to store to purchase bath soap, shampoo & conditioner -I don't think any hotel should charge for parking!!! Stay price should include parking. -prefer better lighting in mirror area, would have preferred magnified pull-out mirror to put make-up on

The room was very clean, and included breakfast was excellent. For the price, it was a decent stay. The property is closer to the west side of Downtown Disney, so while you do have to walk all the way through that to get to the entrances, the security lines at that side are far quicker to get though.

Wasn’t much to not like, it’s a pretty unremarkable place. One thing to bear in mind is that they do not operate their own shuttle, you have to use ART (Anaheim Rapid Transit), if you have anyone with you who can’t walk to the parks from off-site and ART is not at all cheap - $4 one way per Adult, although you can buy multi-day passes.

The motel is at a very good location with respect to Disney parks and conference center (walking distance). Rooms are big, equiped with mini-fridge, microwave, and tee/coffee maker (deposit safe is not in the room); enough storage space for clothing. Beds are large, I have found them quite comfortable. Desk is good for work, enough plugs, good lights. Breakfast is very good with eggs, toasts, pastries, fresh fruit, choice of juices and others - surely enough to kick-off the day.

WiFi in my room was a bit slower. It would be also good to have very late check-out option or at least possibility to take a shower and change clothes when leaving late.

The breakfast area was busy but large enough so you could always get a table and find what you needed. It was then an easy walk to Downtown Disney to start your day. Lots of other family's staying at this hotel all visiting Disneyland. Walked back to the hotel after Disney closed (close to 10pm) and never felt unsafe as there were lots of others doing the same walk along Disneyland Drive.

The noise at nighttime from some of the yahoos on West Katella racing up and down was sometimes disturbing but only seemed to be a problem on one of the 3 nights we stayed there. There aren't a lot of food options within walking distance of this hotel, other than a Denny's and a Pizza place.

The cleanliness of the pool, that you can request the staff to clean up while you are out. We used this twice while we stayed for a week. I like the blinds and the breakfast was good

Dark lighting in the rooms. Could use some brighter carpet to give it more light and above the sink the lights were dull. I think a suite with a kitchenette for long stays would be great! Cook the French toast sticks longer as they are soggy. Musty smell in the room. May want to check for mold or add air freshener
