The breakfast was so delicious! I did not realize there was a full breakfast, so that was delightful. I am a huge breakfast person, so thank you. The unlimited coffee and tea availability was excellent too. And the staff were all friendly and helpful. Lastly, I loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. I used them several times. Many thanks for making our stay so nice.

The bed was kind of soft and the pillows also. We use the memory foam pillows at home, which makes for a better sleep and better for neck and back issues, so those would have been nice to have.

The bed is extremely comfortable although the backend of the hotel, where my room was located, borders Hwy 101 which makes it a little noisy at night. The breakfast served is great with very attentive and pleasant service. Upon check in, fresh baked chocolate cookies available too! Overall, staff are very friendly and accommodating, greeting you with cheery hello in the morning - the only exception was the young man who checked me in on Thursday, the 25th - was abrupt and condescending for an initial distasteful experience - for example, asked where I might find the Santa Ynez Valley Visitors Guide and he waved abstractly with his arm "across the street" before going back to his computer ( I discovered later a turnstile in lobby where magazine was in abundance!) or when the key didn't open door and I asked for help, he rudely indicated "follow the arrow!" Which was true - but counter intuitive as arrow is in opposite direction of font for hotel name.

Check in was unpleasant but think that is attributed to personality of receptionist - believe his name was David? A business card on front desk indicated he might have been general manager? Hotel shows some wear and tear and shower is small but overall a good value for the money.

My wife and I had previously stayed at this property; since we were happy with the overall lodging experience at that time, this was a no-brainer re-book. Proximity to Solvang and so many vineyards, not to mention the Firestone-Walker taproom a stone's throw away, make this a perfect centralized location to stay.

I can't say anything negative about the staff or lodging; just the general now-customary acceptance of guests' pets. When you have family members that have severe, life-threatening allergies to cat hair, it presents an additional item to be aware of.

This hotel is a fantastic deal. The rooms are clean and modern, and the bathrooms are finished with lovely stone. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausages/bacon, potatoes, a waffle maker, and other standard items (cereal, toast, etc.). The staff is very polite and helpful. We will come back here whenever we are back in the area.

Conveniently located, the staff was very approachable, our room was very clean.

Even though the property is well-kept, you can see that the building is dated – there's no sound isolation neither from the other rooms, nor from the highway. Hallway always smelled of something (although every time we passed, it was a different smell). Ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem to do anything, except for producing a very loud noise.

Overall, the room was great - and I have been to many hotels worldwide - but what really impressed me the most was the bed size and cleanliness. Most hotels have terrible top blankets, but here even the top blanket was comfortable. The breakfast was also very decent, and that's not common in hotels nowadays. So I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If I had to be extra picky, I would say that the mini-fridge had an annoying hum, but I still slept great and didn't bother unplugging it.

Very spacious room with a comfortable king bed. The bathroom in this ADA roo was spacious (unsure about other rooms). Breakfast was reasonable for its price point.

The breakfast area was a bit too tight with only a few tables and very narrow space in between. This is a relatively large hotel, if they remove one room they could make a much nice breakfast space. A bit price for the area.

The room wasn’t very large but for one night, perfect for our needs. It was nicely appointed with everything we needed and the decor was quietly understated. Upon check out, I commented to the person at the desk about how nice the towels were. They were very white and nice and soft. We had a quiet overnight.

The only thing was the loudness of the bathroom fan. It was pretty obnoxious!

The staff had great service! I had a slight confusion on the booking.com website that didn’t make certain rules clear but the front desk cleared out all questions. We had family that was not able to come and they approved of the cancellation and full refund of the room. Thank you again, Daniel!

The freeway was a bit loud.

Usual overnight stay motel.value for money paid (109$),very satisfactory complimentary breakfast with bread,toast white-brown,scrambled eggs,bacon,waffles,yoghurt,fruit juices,coffee,tea,milk,danish,bagels,cupcakes...Quality Inn quality. Easy location off the 101 and 246, perfect to discover Danish capital of the USA (Solvang),really nice quaint town and...Santa Ynez...a cowboy&western little town full of charm..a must see town..if not for that then for the real Expresso coffee at Poney Expresso. See the Stetson shop as well. You almost expect the sheriff to ride into town on his horse. All in all a good overnight place to stay and start the next day's discovery after breakfast.

Very thin walls and floors,so you can imagine ....if you're unlucky with your neighbours (we weren't 😂😂) but for a 100$ a night one can't complain. They don't build in brick&concrete in the USA. Some highway noice but not really a problem to keep one awake. It's the usual with all these motel's location off a motorway.
