I loved all the staff, starting when we arrived. The valet service was friendly and help with our bags, always one step ahead in providing assistance. I have to use a wheel chair, they help my wife take it down from the truck, very helpful. The staff in the registration desk, also very accommodating, since we arrived earlier then the checking in time, they allowed to check in to the room, since it was my 1st visit, I did not pay any extra fees Cheyenne was very helpful and very concerned and made us feel very important. I thank all the of the staff at Chumash Hotel and resort.

I loved everything

The staff was very helpful from the moment we drove to the front entrance. I asked for a room near the elevator and was given what I asked for. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular with a walk-in shower and above average amenities (including robes). The wi-fi was great and the TV screen was huge.

We chose this cite because we wanted to go to the buffet, to play poker, and swim in their pool. When we arrived we were told both the poker room and the buffet were no longer operating and the pool was closed. We were forced to find food at their "Food Court" which wasn't very tasty and was overpriced as well.

I was not happy calling in Tuesday night to ask for a 12 noon check out for Wednesday morning because I wanted us to sleep in and being told I would have to call in the morning. We spent a ton of money on food, gambling, and being our first time there, I think it would have been a good gesture to give us that hour. Other wise all was good.

Just can't express what an outstanding stay we had. Everyone was very cordial. From checking in and stating what was important for me to have a battub and rearranged room assignment so I could have use of bathtub. Was so surprised and Grateful. Promt with Valet Service to Dinner Reservation.

I liked everything.

It was so nice and clean! The staff went above and beyond to help me with my reservation that they weren’t able to find through Booking dot com. They were even able to give me a better rate.

The pool is for 21 and over and I had my teenagers with me. They were able to let us go to their sister hotel in Solvang and use the pool there…like a 7 minute drive.

I absolutely loved our overnight stay. We planned a girls night out. I took my two sisters and we each had a room at the resort. From Yazzy at registration to the young man who retrieved my car in valet, all the employees were friendly and wonderfully kind to us.

The price of an overnight stay on Sunday nights. I wanted to make it a quick mini vacation, a couple of nights at the resort but the price of Sunday night was extremely high. I was purchasing three rooms but could not see paying the Sunday night rate plus another night. I understand raising the prices on Friday and Saturday nights but Sunday prices are too extreme.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Missing was menu for room service. Would be nice to have a grab bar in the lovely shower just for a little stability. Otherwise all of the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff on the casino floor were very helpful.

Finding restaurants and bars in the casino. Signage could be a bit better with a couple more. You can't find any distinct "landmark" to anchor yourself to. Hard to figure out where you were.

Rooms have been recently renovated and are clean and nice. The renovations just occurred so there were some things not quite working properly. The light in our mini refrigerator was on all night - yes the door to the mini refrigerator was closed as it did keep our waters and strawberries cold.

Just some of the finishing touches from the renovation. Absolutely no coffee maker in the room. The mini refrigerator light was always on.

The receptionist at the front desk and vallet parking were very quick and eager to help and please in any way possible fast friendly service every employee had nice attitude and big smile

The carpet was a little outdated and had a little bit of a smell to it but other than that the hotel was exceptional

very clean, comfortable and not a noisy hotel. some of the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel!

I did not like the food selections. buffet closed, cafe closed, pool side bar closed! not cool. other casino hotels I go to have their facilities open. very limited food choices in food court and understaffed! I felt sorry for employees but they were doing their best and friendly. The guest rooms have beds with sharp padded corners. 3 of us shared a room and all of us got bruises running into bed corners. That hurt! please change your beds to headboard only! Other than that the rooms were clean and nice!
