For our purposes, the location was great. Away from they everyday visitors but close enough. The front desk was very helpful with Joshua Tree information and restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay.

When we checked in, our room was ready except the housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. When I saw them in the hall and asked for towels, I was give 3. When I asked for additional, I was give 2 washcloths. (We were 3 guests)

It was my first New year in US I been a lot of places in Europe and i can say That This Hotel will be 10 of my top i like it Very Clean and Stuff was So Polite Mostly Lobby personal His Name is Fernandes and hi was Sol Helpful and Polite even he call us to know how is room condition if we like that

Location is ideal - just a short distance off I-10, large, clean, comfortable and dog friendly property

The buffet breakfast offered minimal selections - runny scrambled eggs, overcooked sausage/bacon, oatmeal along with a small assortment of cold cereals, bread and fruit and beverages. In short, the same array of food typically served complimentary fir most stays - or at least had been in the past - as opposed to $22 per person which was steep. We’d have been much better off to either go to the cafe at the golf club or off premisis

The location was excellent, outside the centre of Palm Springs with beautiful mountain views. Great parking facilities. We loved the room size, wardrobe and drawer space along with the sofa. All rooms have a balcony or patio, and it was great to sit out and take in the view. loved the pool bar - the staff were first class.

The bathtub needs renewing. We ate in the hotel and the meal was served in plastic or boxed containers with plastic. Not very environmentally friendly at all, unsure why this was? There was no room safe.

The location was good. I took advantage of the golf facilities.

We had a banging noise in our room that eventually stopped thru the night. We didn’t want the breakfast buffet and would have liked to just get something small for breakfast.

The front desk staff were awesome. The whole grounds well kept everything spotless.

The daytime bar staff awful! I went there twice and they acted like they were doing me a favor to wait on me. Talking to amongst each other not paying attention. I couldn't believe it, Twice!

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. It was also nice to have the balcony with sliding doors to allow some fresh air into the room. The commute to the convention center was easy and the location overall was nice.

We were unable to have housekeeping come even after the 3rd night. Staffing issue at the bar and the hours of in house dining were underwhelming.

My room was clean, the pool area was clean plenty of towels to go around. they had music playing which was great.

One night I stayed up late to watch Tv around 1:30am the tv just turned off. I wasn’t able to turn it back on. the hallway exit near the pool there was debris from the outside on the floor.

Location is great, close proximity to downtown Palm Springs and other areas. Beds are very comfortable and slept well.

Peloton bike in gym; the seat would not move. The temperature in the gym was warm.

We liked the pool area and view of the golf course.

We did not like the booming music at the pool. Some people go away to relax and have peace and quiet.............!
