We liked that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. There was an issue with the room that was reserved for us. They did everything they could to accommodate us and it worked out well. Jocelyn was very helpful and professional as were the owners. Very helpful and nice as well. The hotel was very quiet even though it was full. We would stay there again.

No accommodation for Handicapped Persons. No elevator. Otherwise excellent service from everyone there. Breakfast could end an hour later.

We enjoyed the location just off of the main freeway. Our room was very quiet. The room size was very good. The bed and pillows were comfortable.The TV was good. The refrigerator worked without any noise. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer in the shower/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Towels could have been better. They were thin, worn , scratchy and small. One day, our room was not made up. The breakfast was very limited. The OJ was watery. However, the coffee was good.

The location of this Super 8 is perfect for us when traveling to Chico. The location is close to the freeway but not freeway loud. The rooms are always clean. The outside area is kept up. There is a Denny restaurant within walking distance.

The smell in the hallway. And one room we had smelled from cigarette smoke - even though it was a non smoking room. The smell in the hallway is pretty bad and stinky. It actually smells like someone is smoking marijuana - but not fresh nor does the odor go away. Maybe Super 8 could use some really good air fresheners! in the hallway!

Very clean and just all around very nice especially when you consider the price compared to others at this level . I rarely am surprised

I honestly don’t have a negative and again I’m a realist . I’m sure I can say they stop serving hot water for tea at 9pm but wtf? Who cares lol!? Free tea all may and night until 9 is nice

One of the better Super 8 I've stayed at, in quite a few years. Peaceful and comfortable, no disturbances whatsoever,, I got a good nights sleep. Clean enough,, super wifi. Breakfast was ok, waffles, bread, bananas and youghurt. Easy access to highway 99. There is a Denny's very close by. Pleasant staff, I would return.

The windows would benefit from a cleaning. Bird poop, among other things.

I liked that all the staff was professional, caring and happy! The free breakfast was a great way to start the day. Our room and the decor of the hotel was great. The air unit, microwave, tv, refrigerator and hair dryer worked as they should. We had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Chico!

If I have to write something that I didn't like - it would have to be that they were tarring the parking lot of the hotel. It did not bother our stay or the great quality of the hotel. We just had to watch where we stepped when outside.

The have a Mini waffle maker you do yourself it's totally cute and delicious 😋😋 I also like how private places don't happy key card and you don't get inside! 👍👍

I wish the weekend prices were a little cheaper but it's all good paid anyways...

decent breakfast choices, the waffles were really good. I would have liked to have real milk to add to my coffee instead of artificial creamers.

the usb ports in the table top lamps are loose.

The room was clean but smelled a little musty when we first got into it, I opened the window and that helped. The morning receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist that was there when we arrived Friday April 8 was very rude. She cut me off when I was asking a question and was very short with me. Kindness and respect go a very long way and she acted like I was interrupting her free time and she just didn't have the time, even though we were the only people checking in at the time. I'm glad the morning receptionist was so nice, it almost made up for the other lady.

Breakfast was a bonus, the rooms are completely clean and the size is perfect. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker,Iron, and hair dryer included. We ask for a additional bed and the lady from the office provided for us. Everything was excellent.
