The hotel was exceptional, very very clean. Large rooms, unfortunately no bath tubs in the room I was staying in. I was impressed with the gym and swimming pool. I will stay here again when I come to Chico, CA. I didn't get up early enough to eat breakfast, but it smelled wonderful as I passed the room.

I had only limited contact with hotel staff, but the litttle I had was easy and friendly. Just wish the room had a bathtub, other than that I have no complaints. Give it a try, reasonably priced and very comfortable.

Breakfast was most excellent. I had waffle, omelette and sausages. My wife enjoyed the yoghurt and a banana. We brought our own coffee pot because ... don't mess with my coffee

We had two queens, because we brought a friend to high school reunion. My wife and I aren't small people, and are used to sleeping on a king bed. I swear those beds you call queens are actually a double because we were both cramped. We couldn't sleep on our backs at the same time because our elbows collided. I haven't had that problem before. Neither of us slept well and ached in the morning. I could forgive that if there was a good shower massage, but, nope.

Hot tub was on point and breakfast was so good! The 24 hour coffee was huge hit with me! The facility was very clean and stocked with towels everywhere they needed to be!

The side doors to the building only open from the inside so I had to walk all of my families bags from the far end where I found a parking spot to the front which was quite a distance. The women at the front desk were very judgmental and gave me dirty looks because of my clothing choice. I even heard one of them comment quietly behind my back! Very rude!

Well appointed room. Comfy furnishings, hot coffee and an awesome selection of teas in the lobby. Friendly staff at check in and during our stay. Good breakfast options which included an egg white/Denver omelet, fresh fruit, good coffee. There were decadent offerings too (waffle, bacon, cheese omelets, pastry). I liked the various eating areas provided.

Location was a little tricky to find (for me).Location is away from city/freeway noise which is awesome.. Hotel is next to mall, which was nice. Unfortunately, the lighting in my room was that harsh flourescent white. Warm colored light would be appreciated and more comfortable. But, I will stay here again

They made the same thing everyday. The heavy white girl was on her phone the whole time. She did not keep the food full and then was told to close it. I waited 25 min. and then had less than 5 minutes to get food.

Your breakfast. I came here for a family member my husband ended up in the hospital I asked for a cab they said they didn't know the number. I don't drive and have never been to chico before. Them having the number for a cab would be nice

Room was great, bed comfortable Cooling system was easy to use and not clunky Parking was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was just not to my liking but I appreciated the fruit and yogurt options. The baked goods (bagel with egg specifically) was too dry and not very tasty, otherwise it was fine. I would have liked to get in the pool, I expected it to be crowded due to the heat, but I did not expect it to be indoors or so small.

We arrived earlier than we anticipated, almost 3am and the gentleman working the front desk was able to get us checked in early. It was so nice to start our trip after a long day of travel being able to get some rest and feel refreshed to start our stay. He was truly a lifesaver that morning. Because of him this will be our go to hotel when we are in town visiting family.

Can't say there was anything we disliked.

Very very spotless clean room and bed. The MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept in and now want to find out how to buy one! This room had a sink, fridge, coffee maker, a full size desk, comfy couch for visitors, and super clean and well maintained bathroom. The cooler worked too well and I had to turn it off because I got cold ( this is an excellent thing for Chico, CA). Restaurant next door with excellent food and I don't have anything bad to say at all. The front desk manager on duty was sharply dressed and very kind and helpful.

Nothing....everything was perfect!

The breakfast was not adequately stocked both mornings. For example, bananas, oatmeal, egg omelet, milk, and yogurts were out or nearly out until we asked for more. The server was pleasant. There were a ton of hungry people. Also, is there any way to replace some of the plastic utensils for reusable utensils? Otherwise, everything was on point and our room was perfect. Thank you!

We arrived a little early and were greeted by two exceptionally nice young ladies. One of our rooms was ready, and they requested housekeeping finish the adjoining room while we were checking in. The whole facility was bright, clean, and very comfortable. After our outing in Chico we returned and the kids used the indoor pool and spa. The breakfast buffet the next day was delicious, and had quite a variety. This will certainly be our "go to" facility every year we come to Chico.
