The shower was terrible. No control over air conditioning inside the room. This is the few (if not only) hotel in the area that charges parking from its guest.

Great location with easy access to everything we needed. The room was spacious with everything we needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was easy and offered plenty of seating to allow families to sit and have breakfast. Staff was very friendly for the few interactions we had. Pool was very cold,almost too cold for kids to swim.

The bathroom was clean except behind the toilet and along the bathtub, looks like it's been a while. Room details said balcony but we did not get a balcony so kids were bummed they couldn't look out at anything. The pool was great size.

Breakfast was great and rooms were clean.

Someone on site poured coffee on my vehicle and when I spoke with staff, the lady at the front desk asked another worker to help with providing something to clean with. The other worker stated “what am I supposed to do about it” and refused to help. He then stated he was too busy and walked away after giving me attitude.

Breakfast was great, pool was very nice, public areas were clean. Pillows were good.

Fridge needed to be propped up to stay closed, microwave door needed to be held closed, pot smell in first room. Door lock had difficulties staying locked. Tv was not working for an hour or so when first got there. Floor was not really well vacuumed, you could have let a roomba loose in there and it would have been much better. There was a crack in elevator glass.

My sister and I come out a few times a year for sister time. We love Happy Hour! And the rooms are lovely. So large, comfortable beds and pillows. We don't always get up in time for the breakfast but when we do, we really enjoy it. Staff is always very nice and friendly. We also enjoy a delicious hamburger at Taste.

Nothing, really. But I do wish the breakfast time was extended until at least 10:30am during the week and 11:00am on weekends! And maybe add a few different beers to Happy Hour.

Beautiful hotel. Huge rooms with a balcony. Beds very comfortable. Happy hour was fun and buffet breakfast was good. We ate dinner at the hotel's Taste restaurant and it was excellent. Good food and super nice wait person. In-room movies would've been nice, but no big deal. TV sets in the room were huge!

The HVAC system is weird. Our room was freezing but we were told heat wouldn't be available until the outside temp was 55 degrees. They brought us a small space heater but it didn't do much good. This is our only complaint about this property.

Breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, hot buffet, and a great spread is still better than anywhere else we have stayed. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Convenient location is a plus as well. The staff is also extremely pleasant, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, and everyone in between.

During our stay, an older woman in a wheelchair was getting arrested just outside the front door and the doors were locked from the outside while we were trying to get in hoping to avoid the scene with our young kids. Luckily someone was on their way out and opened the door for us. That was really the only negative during our stay.

The location was great, there’s plenty of restaurants close by and Safeway across the street. Their complimentary breakfast was good selection.

The room looks clean but for some reason it seems like there was something biting us that made our skin have bumps and it feels itchy. Thank god I had Benadryl. So I really wanted to rate this hotel a 10 but just that part I didn’t like. Maybe they should shampoo the couch too because my daughter sleep on it and woke up with a bite on her face. I recommend that they should have an air purifier in the rooms and deep clean.

Clean, well maintained facilities including the gym with great exercise machines. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot. The breakfast was good but I'd like to suggest they use much less sugar in the waffles.

Paying for parking, $20a day. Waffles were filled with actual lumps of sugar. Hard to control the thermostat.

Wish breakfast was better quality food. Also appreciated the drink coupon just wish the hours were longer. Room was stuffy and stains on the floor that could have been cleaned but they weren’t. Otherwise family friendly and love the indoor pool option.

Parking expensive. Breakfast not really good.
