I love the staff who are being accommodating and shows great hospitality. My friend was sick during the trip, and the staff shows cares. From front office to the restaurant host, everyone is very nice. I also like staying at a hotel without paying for parking. Milpitas is a convenient location to go to the San Jose area. I also do like the modern look and color palette of the room and the bathroom.

We would like to see more cut fruit options in breakfast, and we like individual yogurt more than buffet style. I hope that they can consider non dairy options for coffee condiments. From our room, we heard baby crying in the middle of the night. Although the sound faints, it was a set back. There is a flying bug in the bathroom floormat which was unpleasant. For the pool area, it needs some clean ups where the branches falls in the water. I hope there are more signs as to where to lead to the pool area from the elevator. I found it odd we will need to obtain pool towels from front desk, which requires some back and forth the pool to obtain all we need.

Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Liked that there was a microwave in the room and the TV was nice and big with good pic quality. Wifi worked well.

Shower wasn't very clean. A/C unit was very loud. Ending up turning it off as it kept waking me each time it flipped on. The elevators are sketch as the doors don't always open once you reach your floor. Thought I was stuck in them until I had the thought of hitting the open door button. The pool wasn't kept up well. First night, the jacuzzi was great. Second night after what I assume was heavy usage from other guests it was dirty and not warm at all. There was no housekeeping service. So I had no coffee the second morning.

Great place and value for money for this area. Comfy beds, decent size room and bathroom with tub. I liked the chair with the small laptop table in addition to the desk space. Did not try the gym, but the pool seems OK, and open from early to late. Good coffee options in the room and mini fridge with decent space for your own things. Seems very focused on cleanliness, saw several people cleaning each day. Staff was helpful.

The only thing I can think of that could have been a lot better was the noise isolation. When the people next door spoke loudly, I could almost hear every word. And when the housekeeping started in the morning (around 9 am on the second floor), it felt like constantly having people at your door. It can be unsettling and disturbing if you're trying to get anything done, like work or take calls (or worse, sleep in).

Love this hotel. It's my favorite now. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the chef to the ladies of housekeeping. Room is huge and has a regular sized fridge and a microwave. Guests can also do laundry with coin operated washers and dryers. Amazing!! Oh, location cannot be beat. There's an In-n-Out right across, Taco Bell and shopping mall with Michael's, Ross, Dollar Tree and Walmart. The outdoor pool is not heated but still good for a swim. The spa is such a good relaxing spot!

We asked the staff on our 2nd day if we could get 2 bottles of water, and she told us "No. We only provide complimentary water on the 1st day." Oh okay.

Super duper clean, and cozy. Beds are comfortable.

We could hear the neighbors talk all night. Walls should be sound proof. We were also right next to stairs and we could hear people walking up and down.

How close it was to fun activities! Really close to levi stadium. Close by stores for supplies.Great staff especially Henry at the front desk on saturday night!

I didnt like how they charged me for breakfast after it was included with my rooms and if I didn't call it wouldn't of been cought and now I have to wait a whole week to be refunded.
