This is a high end boutique hotel. They have an elevator as all the rooms are on the second floor. The room is wonderful, comfortable and the view of Morro Rock from the deck just outside the room could not be better. Next to a fabulous restaurant called The Galley and they can get you in if the place is booked. Also great access to a charming golf course and museum.

Really liked the place but would have preferred a more natural setting but that being said, this place has the killer view and gives one access to a ton of shopping and other restaurants in Morro Bay.

This is the third time to stay here. As usual, the hotel is very clean, spacious room, great staffs. The hotel is located in front of bay among many restaurants and shops.

The tv does not have Netflix. There is steady noise or vibration maybe from the nearby construction? Although it is very minimal but a little bit annoying.

Amazing hotel! Would recommend to anybody staying in this area to choose to stay here, Moira on the front desk was great and went above and beyond to welcome us after a long day of travelling. The room had everything we needed, so big and comfortable. 10/10.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything - Storting with location and views and up to the binoculars in the room was so excellent, we decided to say two nights instead of one immediately. The staff was super nice, the room was spacious, tidy and very stylish, shower is divine and the bed, don’t get me start on how good it was. The best views of Morro, the bay, the sea lions, but still its very quiet in the rooms. Will definitely come again.

The staff are wonderful. The room and location is astounding. We loved being right on the water.

The mattress was to soft for what we are used to. Had a back ache every day. Might not bother other people. The sea lions are very noisy all night long. But you do get kind of used to it.

Fantastic welcome after a long drive from Vegas. Treated us to champagne and chocolates on arrival to celebrate our first US road trip. Lovely modern room with 2 balconies. Perfect location, exceptionally clean, really friendly staff. We had a great time here and would definitely love to stay here again

Only one minor suggestion for improvement - lights on the front of the building at night aren’t entirely blocked out by the window shutters meaning it isn’t completely dark in the room at the front of the inn overnight. This likely isn’t applicable to the other rooms though and didn’t stop us sleeping well

The location was spectacular, the staff were friendly & welcoming, and the room was spacious with warm, modern comfort.

The toilet in our room was unreliable. A couple of times I had to fight with the mechanism to get the water to refill.

Boutique Inn with owner on site, you can tell the pride of ownership they have. They called us during the day to let us know our room was ready when we arrived, great service. Great location right in the center of the main coastline front. Amazing rooms!!!

I wish I lived closer. There was nothing that we didn't like. We went in March so the weather wasn't spring like, but still a great place to visit.

Great location, the view was amazing, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, it had an at home feeling, everything you needed to do is with in walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants, and it had great parking

No screen door, honest that is the only thing .

Stunning room with two balconies to get the sun at different times of the day - one of which overlooked the rock. Very large, well appointed and comfortable room, fantastic shower room. Friendly staff. The Galley restaurant below the rooms is superb and the Gallery shop is a nice place to browse.
