We have stayed here a number of times over the years but this was the 1st time we had booked the delux room above reception so it was a bit more pricey but worth it for us - no adjoining rooms so no chance of noise evenings / early mornings. Main large bedroom, separate ante room with 2 armchairs, patio doors and a balcony, separate kitchen / bathroom area. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms, TV, microwave and fridge all working fine, lovely soft pillow for sleeping as well as the usual big ones. Windows face the rock and the sea so you get the sunset. Easy walk down to the front and on to the rock.

The only little thing is that personally I prefer a bath rather than a shower but although there was one, it didn't have a plug or the type of plughole that allowed you to put in your own. The shower worked fine, plenty of hot water.

The room was clean, the coffee in the room was delicious, my girlfriend and I liked that the sink and mirror was separate from the bathroom. The fridge and coffee make worked just fine. The room was spacious and well furnished with a table and chairs and an actual closet.

The AC worked but we both wished it had a lower setting because it got a bit warm at times. I liked the king sized bed but my girl friend thought it was a bit too firm. We got the room with a view and even though we could see the Morro Bay rock a good part of it was obstructed by the buildings in front of the view.

Office staff Jenny and Justin were very nice, pleasant and helpful at check-in. We got there early and was allowed to check in at 10am. Araceli cleaned and had the room in perfect condition. 2 Queen beds are were firm and comfortable. No bed bugs. Sheets and towels were pure white and clean. The 3 pillows per bed were amazing pillows. Best pillows I have ever had at a hotel. Location was perfect. Just up the hill from Embarcadero St. Food, shopping and other shops just around the corner. I would DEFINATLY be back when i visit Morro Bay again.

The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been and TV channel guide. clicking thru all the channels to find the news channel we want was kind of a pain. A printed laminated list would have been great.

Overall a good experience. Friendly staff. Conveniently located close to all Morro Bay attractions, the Embarcadero. downtown, restaurants and coffee shops.

Well, we decided to stay in the deluxe King Rm w/balcony and it just didn’t feel the value was equal to the rm. It was much smaller and the room was very basic. No extra amenities for a deluxe King Rm very under whelming. Not sure we would stay again if other hotels had vacancies.

Fast and effortless checking & checkout. One upstairs room had high ceiling, quite spacious, and had a good view of the waterfront. Comfortable and clean beds. Clean bathrooms. Excellent location, a block from the waterfront of Morrow Bay.

The downstairs bedroom got a little noise from people walking upstairs (creaking wood). Basic amenities but good value for the location.

Room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable. Room was on the bottom floor due to issue with climbing stairs. People in room above were a little noisy. Hotel staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Overall nice stay.

Location is perfect!! Room was spacious and clean. Hair dryer was nice!

The body soap And shampoo dispenser. Just bring your own body wash or your own bar of soap. The one they have leaves you feelings slimy like it never washes off.

The room's wood rafters had cobwebs hanging down. Two of the chairs in the room Upholstery was older and looked outdated. Also, there was an odor in the room that someone was cooking food by Previous or current downstairs guests.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms were freshly painted and clean. The coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave were a plus too. The location is great. It’s with walking distance to most anything in Morro Bay. The parking lot safe, secure and close to our room. It was quiet and peaceful. We got a good nights sleep. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to stay at while in the area.

This hotel was much better than we expected. The desk clerk was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a nice shower. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner/heater worked perfectly. The hotel is one block from many restaurants and all the main attractions of the town. Easily walkable to most things. Recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay.
