The room was huge and very clean. It’s been a while since I’ve seen such a huge hotel room with a sofa! Coffee, juices and bars were provided in the morning from 6-9am. Parking was also free! I would recommend others to stay here as the price is really reasonable for what you get.

Everything was great other than a small issue, which was that the shower head was leaking. With a bit of creativity (using the shower curtain to block out the water), we managed to ensure that no water leaked out of the bathtub. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

3 minutes away from Kaiser Hospital . This was my reason for staying here. The staff was so accommodating when I needed to add more days to my visit due to my relative being longer in critical care.

My dislikes are very minor. Some lightbulbs were burnt out, and my socks got super dirty from walking on the bare floor. These things don’t seem very important when the purpose of my stay was to be close to someone in the hospital.

Great stay

The property was clean and you could see they cared about it. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows, the location is really close to many food places.

The door was difficult to close, and once the housekeepers left my door ajar so I didn’t have to use my key to enter after being out all day. Thankfully I didn’t find anything missing.

My room was pretty clean. All of the furniture and amenities were up to date, not broken or malfunctioning. The refrigerator was also very clean. I didn't use the microwave. I slept very well in the bed. My stay was overall positive. Staff was friendly and helpful. My neighbors were quiet and respectful. I would stay again.

The only thing I noticed was a light brown/tan "gunk" at the bottom of the toilet bowl (inside). The consistency was similar to beach/park sand and did not move once flushed. I've never seen anything like that before. However, it did not impact the functioning of the toilet.

great room at a great price. paid 86$ for one night which was last minute. the room was very clean bed soft and comfy - had enough pillows. no loud noises best of all non smoking rooms so no nasty smells. they had installed shampoo and shower gel which was very convenient. room was able to be pitch dark due to good blinds covering window front desk on both check in (11/22 around 10pm) and out (11/23 10:30am) were extremely kind and helpful. made the process smooth.

no breakfast

The outside could use some attention, but the room was clean picture perfect. Breakfast was very weak (cereal bar and juice) they could have had at least added fruit to the menu. Coffee was hot. The staff was great.

When we made our reservations it had breakfast was offered. It wasn't even a continental breakfast. A cereal bar , juice and coffee.

Clean, comfortable room, staff was nice and helpful, i would recommend this hotel to a friend and i will definitely be booking another stay.

There was not much that i did not like about the hotel, someone had spilled something by the steps but it was cleaned the next morning.

It was very spacious, bathroom had plenty of counter space which I loved! I like the layout, the television positioning was nice to wake up to. The bed was comfortable, couch very comfortable I appreciated the fridge and microwave!

Only thing i did not like was the room overlooked a KFC and was very loud but that is a very minor thing.Maye the parking was also not the easiest to control I would prefer assigned parking spots but again that is only minor stuff that cannot be changed or controlled

The staff at the front office was pretty cool , suggested a few good family friendly places to dine at since I wasn't from the area. The King bed was nice and comfy... felt pretty clean . The parking wasn't an issue during the day but at night it would get full so had to park a little further to the back of hotel.

For some reason it seems like they cut corners on some of the remodeling. But otherwise unnoticeable.
