Great location. Nice pools and many tennis courts

Our studio was very dark. Had recessed lighting but very dim. One bedside lamp was not working. Could not read at night because the lighting was so poor. Maybe if there was a lamp near the couch it would gave been better. Nice balcony looked over the tennis courts Only stairs to the second floor. Difficult if you are an older adult

It was our second time of stay in Shadow Mountain Resort & Club. And it was great! Our room was very clean, bed is comfortable, amazing swimming pool, huge balcony😁 It was so quiet and peaceful in the resort, it’s excellent place of stay for the couples and families! Swimming pool was very clean. Amazing Mountain View😍 Beautiful flowers around the swimming pool. We also enjoyed pool bar, very polite and friendly stuff, delicious cocktails 🍸The guy at the reception was also very friendly and professional. we had a wonderful vacation with my husband. We will definitely come back🤗

Not too busy. Pretty location and well-maintained for its age. The restaurant, Above the Eight, was excellent and the staff were personable and friendly. The pool-side service was a pleasant surprise.

Had a few issues with the room, namely the Wi-Fi. We didn’t know about much of the Resort’s offerings so we had to ask the front desk for help a lot.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Town and stores were walking distance

We were sorry the bar and restaurant at the hotel were closed on an early Friday eve arrival but other places were close by.

Our studio room was very large and comfortable. I appreciated the full kitchen even though we only prepared breakfast. The pool area was very attractive. There were many restaurants in close proximity.

amazing tennis facilities and pro shop. they scheduled matches for me and my son to play doubles together against similar level players. clay courts, really nice courts and excellent tennis pros that run classes for all ages beginners to advanced. nice swimming pool. the AC is needing a tune up and sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but I slept on worse. room was very clean with everything you need in a kitchen. even a brita water filter, toaster, pans, etc…. great value mid week and absolutely incredible places to eat 4.5 and up 3 minutes down the street. friendly staff. i will definitely stay here again. very comfortable for family of 4 with 2 children in the studio. modern new decor, TV, and very friendly people staying there we met on site

the pro shop closed at 1:30 and the restaurant is closed from Monday afternoon until it opened on Thursday, but that was fine because of so many great choices of restaurants nearby

The pool was amazing! Amazing pool bar , specifically Christina and Javier…..

The only things that could have been better: 1. Super uncomfortable mattress 2. Air conditioning never got the temp below 75! Really hard to sleep when it’s that hot in the room!

very clean, quiet and a fantastic location right on the grass next to the pool. it enabled us to have such a relaxing time. The house was also cool and beds were comfy

it could have more kitchen items - larger plastic platters and more bowls for entertaining.

Our rooms were very clean. One room was old Palm Desert feel (kind of kitchy) the other room was more modern. Full kitchen was a plus! I would stay here again!

The only negative is our room did not have a USB port. The other room did.

loved the large pool & spa, loved the restaurant on site, front desk staff were extremely helpful, great location near lots of places to eat etc.. and room was good sized, quiet

little hard finding lobby and room since we arrived after dark; otherwise, no complaints about anything
