The location of the property and size of room.

The rooms are arranged in pods for two rooms. So you walk into a foier and the access to both rooms are right there. The problem that we had was the group in the room sharing our pod did not seem to understand that hotel room doors are heavy and slam. The entire weekend as they were coming and going late at night, they were allowing the doors to slam which kept waking us up. Also, second floor windows could use some black out film like the first floor windows have, early in the morning the light came glaring into the bedroom making it difficult to continue sleeping.

This was a stopover for us coming from Vegas and going to LA. It was scorching hot outside, so were glad to move into a nicely conditioned bungalow with perfect amenities. We saw nice pools and golf courses and there is a Starbucks store opposite the reception.

Wifi logins did not work without a special access code which we had to pick up at reception The EV charging provided by GE does not work if you don't have a North American provider's SIM card/phone :( (Switzerland is definitely 'geo-blocked' as if they wouldn't expect tourists to rent EVs in America)

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The new washing machine and separate dryer was a bonus. The bed and pillows were awesome and the a/c handled the heat with ease. Enjoying breakfast on the private verandah, watching the golfers coming past, was a treat. We didnt visit any of the resort restaurants, pools, etc but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We didn't appreciate when booking (from looking on Google maps) how far out of Palm Springs this resort (and every other resort) is located - its an approx 25-30 min drive. You would most likely only be staying here if you had a car so its no big deal and worth it for the comfort, peace and quiet the well appointed resort provides.

Beautiful property and love the community feel, unit and grounds. Stay every year.

That they did not accommodate my unit request. Booked 8 months in advance and requested lower floor and particular units. I sent in my request twice. Got put on the second floor facing the road. Was very frustrated by this. I have a disability and it makes it hard to be on the second floor. And there are certain units that I really want for location.

Lovely room with balcony. Lots of nice touches, automatic lighting, two sinks, bath & separate shower. Crockery, cutlery, washing up liquid & salt & pepper included. Free laundry facilities. Lots of towels & all staff very helpful. Housekeeping were a delight. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, it was a fabulous stay.

For the price the rooms were exceptionally small. Also purchased a massage which I thought would be discounted because of the Marriott stay , it was not I ended up paying a total of $380.00 for a 60 minute stress massage plus arnica oil . I have never ever ever paid that amount. Iwas so disappointed. We were booked to go up in January with 3 other couples and after we related the what occurred we all cancelled. Rather go to Las Vegas and have a nicer hotel and golf and spa treatment.

Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, comfortable rooms, easy shuttles.

Pools often looked cloudy, but i realize it must be difficult to keep them clear at all times with so many people in them.

Very easy, relaxed and if you needed anything the Front Desk Accommodated you in just a few minutes.

At the quiet pools it may have been quiet but to allow your child to constantly play on the disabled lift is a SHOCK!!!!! That lift is there for a reason, no matter if you chills is off the spectrum etc. HAVE SOME CONTROL!!!!’

The location. It was close to the GW Marriott and we spent most days at the GW. I must say after being in approximately 25 rooms our Villa room was nicer, cleaner and no smells.

The communal washers and dryers were not easy to access due to heat and distance to the pool.

The room was beautiful, big, and extremely clean, the amount of pools made it never crowded and the beds were extremely comfy, I hadn’t had a good nights sleep in a long while and thanks to this place the sleep I had was amazing!!!
