Fabulous modernist colours of the building, great views and two pools that were even open in January, one of them heated and pretty hot. Nothing to complain about the room and nothing special to remark either, just casual Motel.

Our arriving was delayed and it was difficult to get in touch with the motel. When we arrived I felt very uncomfortable as the receptionist did photocopy my credit card as a kind of "deposit" and told us that me may look for another accomodation if we don't agree to this. As this happend during the middle of the night I felt forced to agree to something that I felt being unsecure and unreasonable. During our roadtrip in the US we've only experienced this twice and in the other occasion they eventually took a cash deposit instead of the photocopy. At the end nothing bad had happend here, but I also immediately blocked my credit card in my banking app for any online businesses.

Management was excellent. He was interested in us as travellers. Enjoyed talking to him. Always greeted us with a good morning . Housekeeping lady was so nice, couldn’t ask for more. Great service. I would stay again next year.Bed was comfortable. We had a lower level pool view so easy access to our unit.

Pool was too cold. Took awhile to get use to taps for the shower, but managed after a few tries.

Excellent location to downtown and other desert cities. Good value for the money.

When checking in, was not going to receive what I had requested - upstairs, Mt view and non smoking. After discussion, I did get it. I've stayed here before ( 2-3 years) and the room hasn't been touched! Same ragged curtains and door locks that's really not secure. Bed linens have seen better days.

I like that the decorations and layout of the motel. The different color rooms was definitely fun. I also love having a pool, a much needed thing when we were there in 90+ degree weather.

I would have loved for the pool to be cleaned more often. By the time we left there was a layer of oil from everyone’s sunscreen because there’s no place to rinse off before people can get in.

The motel looks very nice with two pools, super colourful, beautiful view. The furniture is dated, chipping off here and there, but it was spotless clean and comfortable. There is everything you need to relax. And the sunrises over the mountain and colourful facades of the motel are unbelievable! It’s in great location too, I walked one day to downtown, it’s a 30 min walk or 5 min by car. The parking lot is spacious. There is a liquor store just on the other side of the street, Pizza Hut in the close vicinity. The receptionist had a little chat with me, was super nice. I felt very comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a little coffee maker; there was an ice cube machine on site. There is a garden (patch of grass, surrounded by trees) where one can relax and watch hummingbirds flying to and fro. The pool is very clean and tidy. I really like the bold colours in which the apartments are painted. Location is good; one can walk downtown, but there are bus stops nearby. I would definitely come again, if I visit Palm Springs

The only thing was that the bathroom needed a bit of painting and maintenance. Everything was working alright, but the paint of the shower floor was chipped, and the shower door had some limescale. Never mind - maybe they are in the process of renovating and maintenance and didn't have time / opportunity to give the bathrooms some TLC yet. As I said, everything worked alright - the limescale just didn't look nice.

LOVED the vibe here. Steve at the front desk was great! We met lots of great people around the pool and hot tub (which is huge). The room was clean and decorated nicely. It included a bigger bar fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. We were able to have coffee and breakfast daily on our patio. The location is very central. The AC worked great! Some folks had dogs - we didn't, but as a dog lover it was nice to see. There were laundry facilities. I would come back!!

I would have liked better quality linens (not polyester), also there was no hairdryer. The people above us were very loud and heavy-footed (no real reflection on the hotel, just bad luck)

Room was clean, decent size, and had been updated a little (they had replaced carpet with a hard floor, which is nice because it seems like carpet in older hotels is what retains old smells). For the low cost (it was less than half the price of almost everything else we found in Palm Springs that weekend) and some negative reviews, we were expecting a seriously grungy hotel room. But it was actually pretty nice. If you're only going to spend around $100 a night, don't be upset when you don't get the Ritz-Carlton.

The shower had some peeling paint in it.

The hotel was unique & some furnishings were a bit worn- but still it was an excellent experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating- especially Alex & Karla! Our room was sparkling clean & small details like coffee maker, blow dryer & excellent AC in the room made it perfect.

The worn outdoor carpets & fact you can't really reach the hotel by phone until you get there was frustrating; we added an hour extra day to come in earlier & no way to edit our reservation or combine them. We were greeted very rudely by Mark who told us, the room we reserved wasn't available & too bad - so we had to move to new room after first nite. But hotel staff made it easy & gave us a late check out last day of our week to accommodate my husband's business meeting. Overall a really pleasant stay. Only criticism is there are no water or vending machines on property.

I had a pool view room at the back of the hotel. it was lovely and quiet and could look down on the pool and out to the mountains from the front door it had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave

the reception is not always manned and there’s a phone number to call . this is not possible because I don’t have roaming on my phone. the rooms are not cleaned or coffee , soap etc not replaced unless you ask reception to do it
