The location is close to the interstate but a little difficult to locate due to minimal signage (a single modest sign that does not stand out). The check-out staff was efficient and professional. The room is adequate in size with sufficient space for working. We brought our dog, a registered service animal, and encountered no difficulties (e.g., no additional cost). The breakfast was reasonably nutritious and adequate in selection. We travel to OR at least twice a year and Sacramento is about half-way to our destination. We plan to return to this hotel the next time we travel.

Signage to the hotel needs to be larger in order to be easier to spot - especially at night.

Location, close to freeway. Kitchen with eating area and full size fridge, large room, breakfast, breakfast area easy to walk to from all locations.

Dirty cleaning clothes left in kitchen sink, bath tub bottom was scratched and rusty. Toilet was so low it was difficult to get up and off of (definitely not at comfort level) and I am not overweight and in very good physical condition. Paying extra for parking. When you turn into the strip mall, there should be signage showing the turnoff to the hotel. Also signage at the entry gate should be displayed better.

The rooms are like little apartments, really great and comfortable. Located close to the city center, just a few minutes drive. Restaurant, pool and grill on site.

The food in the restaurant wasn't very good and staff a bit overwhelmed with simple tasks. The breakfast has room for improvement: everything was wrapped in plastic, including peeled eggs and apples. That is very wasteful. Those are the only things worth criticizing though, the hotel itself is really great and worth staying at.

The pool was great. Clean, lovely loungers, lots of towels and shaded seating areas. The suite was huge with great kitchen area and a lounge.

The location seemed a bit isolated. Strange wasteland before getting to the restaurants and bars .

I appreciated the security in the evenings. I expect that is why there is $10 parking fee. Happy to pay if equates to extra security.

Kind of hard to find. Actually found through reading others’ reviews. Siri didn’t help. There should be a big sign or something in the strip mall you have to go into showing where to find access road (behind Carls Jr) to the hotel.

The room had everything, kitchenette with dishes, 2 rooms with bathrooms and a living room in the middle. Very comfortable for a family.

Our son left some jewelry, found by staff who notified us but we were at the airport and couldn't go back to pick them up. Spoke with manager gave our new address to mail the rings to us. Never received and the rings are gone and they can't find them anymore. Never mailed as promised. My son is disappointed about loosing his school ring and other rings. We moved out of state so unable to resolve.

It's a great location. Room was clean, very spacious and like the kitchen area. The staff was great and very hospitable.

The living room didn't get warm even with the heater on but the bedrooms did get pretty hot.. One of the bathroom doors couldn't lock.

The staff have always been great for my stay at this location. I like being on the top floor when I stay, and staff are always willing to accommodate me when I arrive. The room is always comfortable and the location is great.

Room was spacious clean and. comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with two kinds of pillows. The breakfast food was very good and even had vegetarian gluten free option.

No regular coffee or real sugar in room. Coffee in lobby at 9:00 am was cold and too strong and bitter. When I told the desk staff, they just looked at me and said nothing even though they were not busy with guests. For over $200 per night I should be able to get a decent cup of coffee to start my day.

Breakfast was good. Nice to know what will be offered every morning. Besides the noise from the highway, which really didn’t affect my sleep, it was calm and peaceful. Bummer that pool facilities were somewhat limited, though. Definitely coming back if I’m ever having to stay in the area again.

O my bad! No heated pool and the hot tub was out of order.
