Convenient location within less than a five minute walk from the train station to the hotel and five minutes from DOCO. There is a shopping/entertainment plaza right next door to the hotel which we loved. Note that we did not drive but came by train. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating. We got our room upgraded for free and that was a nice surprise. Room was clean and well stocked for two people. Tv had Netflix which was a bonus for us. There is a valet and a small fitness center as well. Would definitely stay here for another weekend trip again.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Really comfortable beds. Very close to the old town and waterfront which was very cool. Valet parking was great (although not cheap, as you'd expect). Bathroom was big and clean. Great shower, with nice shower gel and shampoo provided.

The location is not great if you're travelling by car. There aren't many viable parking options around so we opted for valet parking. The valet guys were brilliant, however the valet was expensive. This is not a cheap hotel so the overall cost was relatively high for the overall experience. Also the area can be a little sketchy at night. Quite a number of homeless around the area. Food tip - Don't go near 'Round table pizza'. Genuinely the most awful pizza human's have ever made.

Location was great and the hotel was very clean, well designed, and stylish. All the staff - from valet to desk to restaurant - was helpful and friendly. My two young kids - ages 8 and 9 - went to breakfast alone for the first time while I was at a work meeting and the staff treated them like VIPs and made sure they got back to our room ok. So kind

The room was a bit of a let down. We had a ground floor, vaulted suite and it was pretty dark and dated feeling on the inside. They layout, furniture, and overall interior design could be much better in that space to make it feel worth the extra money we paid. The pictures made it look nicer than it was. Would not stay in that room again.

The restaurant seemed nice. I liked the proximity to Old Town. I liked being able to take the marble stairs up to my room. The bathroom was large, which I enjoyed.

I did not eat the breakfast since it was an extra cost. I could hear music playing into the night, which I think was coming from the restaurant downstairs. That was unfortunate. A community microwave was on the 3rd floor; that was inconvenient. The elevators were small. The TV services were not included - they required my own password. I wish the hotel provided a streaming service login.

I love the decor of the hotel as a whole. From the lobby to the elevators to the hallways to the rooms, everything feels carefully thought of and attended to. Luxurious and fresh. The front desk staff was very accommodating and warm.

I felt a bit worried about parking my car with the valet, they stated that the car would be in a public lot and not a secure garage. But when my car arrived, all was good.

Location is excellent and very close to Old Town. The hotel is very nicely decorated and was comfortable.

I had asked twice for a confirmation for early check-in but did not get a response. I would have appreciated a confirmation so that I could better plan (traveling with toddlers is hard). In the end, I was able to check in early so it worked out but communication could have been improved beforehand.

it was so beautiful I wish I could’ve stayed longer, I had a king size room it was nice, a bit smaller than I thought it would be but other than that it was very nice and comfortable, I will definitely be booking a bigger room to experience more of this beautiful hotel :)

i wish the hotel rooms had tv dinner tables like the foldable mini tables to eat for the smaller rooms because I ate on the floor and watched a movie so I wouldn’t stain the bed with my food lol

Location excellent. Walked to Capital Building and Old Sacramento. Lovely building and rooms were large and well appointed. Beds comfortable

Wifi was spotty. A/C erratic. However it’s an older building that’s been renovated. A bit pricey especially since parking not included.

We booked for 4 but only towels, glasses, etc. for 2. when asked for more towels, they were left on floor by room door. Unsanitary place for towels.

The service at the front desk was great. It smelled amazing inside the lobby! The room was so cute, loved the unique and quirky design of the hotel.

When I arrived to valet my vehicle, I was told they could not valet a truck. I had called earlier in the day to ask about parking and was never informed that a truck could not be valeted. However, the man at the front desk was very apologetic and was able to find me a great parking spot.
