I liked the large kitchen and large bathroom in the single king room. I was impressed with room and the AC worked great. Easy to get off and on the highway from this location.

Charging $20 to park on your property does not make sense. I’ve already paid $140 to stay at the hotel, why make people pay another $20 to park. This was my only con of this place.

the price for the parking wasnt mentioned at all till i get there... a bit annoying you need to pay for it.

Pool and jacuzzi.Jacuzzi was hot and jets were great. Shower had good water pressure and hot water, almost immediately. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower was nice. Microwave and frig in room are nice. Plenty of places to charge phones, with wireless charging and plug ins.

Not thrilled about having to pay to park. 3rd story was noisy, we were on the 2nd. The hotel wants a security deposit immediately, but it takes a few days to get it back.

The room and beds were fine. When we had an issue with someone pounding on our door from outside, security came quickly.

The bathroom door, which was a pocket door, stuck and was very loud to open and close, so we had to leave it open slightly so as not to wake up people in the room. The pool wasn't operational, though we could have used the one at the hotel next door. The room was on the small side. I should have looked more closely at the photos, since the unit doors opened to an external hallway. There was someone pounding on the door at 7am who went away - I think the external hallway makes it easier for people who aren't staying at the hotel to loiter.

Very easy to check in. Good place to stay. Near the freeway, it just one minute or two to enter the highway, so it's very convenient to visit some places. Ex, Sea World, the Old Town, SD Zoom, Balboa Park, etc. It says you need to pay for the parking when booking on the web, but actually, the hotel guest needn't. It's ready good! The cafeteria provides a lot of food, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of them are not expensive.

I was expecting a lot of kitchen amenities like an induction cooktop, some dishes and a sink, etc., but all we had was a microwave and a refrigerator.

We loved the cleanliness and location of the Hotel. We also loved the convenience of being offered snacks to purchase and anything else we needed 24/7 from the hotel desk. the restaurant on location served excellent food and prices were reasonable. We conveniently were within walking distance from the Fashion Valley mall. We are definitely going to stay here again and highly recommend to others. We had a wonderful experience and we got more than we expected above value for staying at this Hotel for 3 days. It was modern-looking, beautiful decor and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

We could not stay longer because I had to return to work.

We love staying at this hotel for the location to old town and sea world...and we love their pool and Jacuzzi.. especially love that it stays open late so we can go do our thing during the day and still have time to go and relax at night. We also like that the rooms have fridges and microwaves.

For some reason the bed was extremely uncomfortable for me this time and unfortunately for us (and this is not the hotel's fault) but we had an EXTREMELY loud room with children above us and the parents let them run back and forth from 1130pm to almost 1am... We did not call to complain as we have children ourselves but it was so disrespectful and rude... But again that was our only issue during our stay.

I had a great stay at this Days Inn. My room was spacious (I booked the cheapest room which was two doubles, even though I was a solo traveller) and serviced regularly and always cleaned to a high standard. I appreciated the facilities of the room, the Aircon, TV, safe, iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge and coffee machine & supplies - I used all of them and I liked the layout of the room where the facilities were separated from the living room. I ate at the onsite restaurant once, it was good food at a reasonable price. I found the location was excellent for a solo traveller without a car. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel which takes you to Balboa Park and Downtown, or you can walk to Fashion Valley and take the trolley. It is very accessible but still means you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the evenings. Being in a hotel complex felt safe to me because there are always people and security in the area. The reason I picked this hotel was the pool area, and I thought it was great and open long hours. I used it every day and it was very quiet in the mornings and evenings at this time of year. Nice scenery with the trees and the hot tub was great.

My only issue was that at times it was very noisy, my room was on the ground floor in front of the car park and next to a caretaking room, there were voices and noises directly outside my door and window both late at night and early in the morning.

I stayed in the newr back tower on the third floor and I even had a tiny bit of "view" of trees on the hill outside. Large room, lovely window coverings, great bed and bedding. I like that the shower was separate from the mirror and sink. Mostly very quiet. Good in room coffee. Clean, no odors. Nice staff. Food nearby. Pool in quiet private area with hot tub. Appreciated the work out room! Good AC; quiet.

The pool could have used a clean and the hot tub was hard to use because kids were jumping in it and loud. There was a very odd low level noise that kept me awak at times. There was no lamp next to the sofa, couldn't read there.

My husband and I recently visited Las Vegas and stayed at the Days Inn, where we had an exceptional experience. We sought places to celebrate the New Year, and Bonita at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. She provided invaluable information regarding local attractions and guidance on how to book an Uber. Bonita exemplifies outstanding customer service, and individuals of her caliber deserve recognition and consideration for a review of their compensation.

While my experience was largely positive, I encountered a minor inconvenience due to ongoing construction requiring navigating the walkway. Given my recent knee surgery, the additional walking proved to be a bit challenging.
