We stayed for 10 days towards the end of June 2023. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast daily was very nice and the free parking was appreciated. We took public transportation most of the time, and the hotel is very well situated for getting to our destinations efficiently. Our stay was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and staff and management. Yes I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The one downside to this stay was the homeless population that was on the streets around the hotel. They were openly doing drugs as you would walk down the street. They were considerate enough that when our child was present, they would warn people down the street that there was a child, and some of the people would actually put away their drug paraphernalia. The hotel, of course, has no control over the problem, but they manage it extremely well, making sure that the homeless population does not come on the hotel property. It was very well done. I was very appreciative knowing that once I reached the hotel, I did not have to worry about the homeless population.

Breakfast was superb. Each day a different style of eggs, and always a hard boiled egg in the fridge, each day different pastries, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes, ... And an excellent breakfast service! Nice and clean rooms, very comfortable, lovely smelling soap, shampoo and conditioner. Free parking definitely is a plus.

The hotel itself was perfect, the neighborhood it is located in, not so. It is full of homeless people, if you go anywhere by foot, you have to pass quite a few of them (20, 30, 40, 50,... depending on where your going). It is not a nice sight when they are openly using all kinds of drugs and syringes are lying on the street.The streets also really stink, like dirty restrooms.

We felt safe and our room was big enough with 2 double beds and small shared balcony. Quiet Small bathroom but with a well sized shower! Safe parking place! There is a store nearby open until late night hours and a nice Italian pizzeria. Friendly staff.

The smell in our room wasn’t good! The registration for best western customer and the promotion (50 USD off for a next stay) wasn’t successful even after few checks.

Not for everyone, the tenderloin district of SF has many flaws for its innumerable gems. However, while the street life kept us on our toes with our hearts pounding and sometimes made sleeping difficult, it did also leave us with almost as many excellent stories and quotes. I'll leave you with just a few: "I love you, baby." A man smiling at me as he was sandwiched between a drug deal where a condom (of unknown origin) was the container for the illicit substance, and a man clutching his kitchen torch as I can only hope the love of my life might one day clutch me. "You! In the blue jeans! You real hot MAMAS!" To my friend who truly is. "Hey how you doin'?" I smile in return, I receive a frown from the man walking out of the pizza parlor with a coke he had distinctly not paid for. "Smile." he grunts. These are just a few of my absolute favorites. Anyway, I love you, baby!

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good too, it was close to everything, reasonable price, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and courteous,

The parking was so small The extra parking was scary to go in It was very noisy all around Lots lots of homeless outside the hotel We never find the stairs

the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good. It super close to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium which we liked because after a concert we just like to stay the night within walking distance.

if your never been to the city just be aware of all the homeless behind the hotel, around the area and very noisy streets.

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast options, laundry facilities, small selection of snacks, beverages etc., private parking (limited), safety precautions

Rather setchy neighborhood, however, we had no problems whatsoever. Don't leave ANYTHING inside your car, seriously.

The property itself was really nice, modern rooms, great size too

Unfortunately, and to no fault of the hotel itself, the location isn’t in a great area with a large amount of homeless and distressed persons around

The breakfast was fine, the front desk was very friendly, and the room was clean.

The location was a bit uncomfortable because of the homeless people in alley way, and parking was a problem could use more safe parking. And maybe better wifi and cable.

Well kept, love that they have parking and breakfast. The staff was really nice.

Probably a typical issue for the city is street noise at all hours. We were woken up several times by loud music and honking from the traffic. Not a fan of the deposit. Didn’t know about it until we arrived and it’s still pending as a charge on my card 5 days later.
