I liked that the location was right at the convention center so I didn’t have to walk far to get to where I was supposed to be.

The elevators were SUPER annoying. There were entirely too many people to have to assign elevators because people would press buttons to go up but weren’t able to fit so now we had to stop at their floors for no reason. It took 15 minutes every time I wanted to get back from the ground floor to my room. I also don’t like that the price I paid was 3x higher than the convention price and no one told me when I booked that I could get it cheaper.

The room was clean. It is they had free breakfast and they would not give me Hilton Honor points because I didn't book directly through them. There was an event at the convention center and the line for it went into the Hilton garage. I was able to drive out and get to my own event but I did have to honk a few times. I thought it was odd to have a line go into a garage and back out. On the plus side everyone in line were polite and there were a lot of food vendors if we got hungry. I guess the word chaotic would describe the area in the lobby and outside but the room was nice.

Everything was perfect although I asked to check in early and was going to be charged 100. Also asked to checkout late and was told I’d be charged 100. I get it if you were sold out but not even close to sold out. Was charged 37.00 a day for parking regardless if the garage filled up or not.

The room was spacious and clean. I had an issue with the air conditioner, which was fixed very quickly. The bed is comfy. Wi-Fi is free, stable and has a good speed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only 6 minutes away from the San Jose airport.

The breakfast is incredibly expensive. It isn't included in the room price but it's hard to find a place to eat anywhere else around the hotel in the morning.

Room on the 18th floor was quiet and lovely. Air conditioner malfunctioned the first night but was repaired promptly the next morning. We had breakfast and dinner at Secco with our 8 year old grandson. Staff treated him --and us--very well.

Breakfast was delicious. No coffee refills however. Given the cost of breakfast, that should have been nice. Everything else was great. Appreciated the bottled water.

Shower was terrible, pooled up, too hard pressure. Bottom of bath not the best.

Great spot for a conference at the San José Convention Center. The Hotel is connected to the convention center, so it makes it a lot easier to optimize your time. Great people, super helpful! And really comfortable!

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location, upscale without the high prices that usually go along with it.

The “pool” is so small that it’s pretty much useless. Such a huge hotel with the smallest pool. They might as well not even have one

The hiotel was a great location for an event I was attending. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The TV had lots of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful too! It was a great nights stay.

I wish the hotel did room service. I also thought that I would be expecting to have a bath in my room as this was listed on the booking, I however did no have one.

Beds are very comfortable! Pretty and clean hoel.

No complaints, really. Rather pleased except no microwave in room and the bar closed at 10:00 pm - should've been open on a Friday/Saturday night especially when an event is happening in town. Otherwise overall a great stay. I'd recommend 👌 P.S. Teddy, the concierge was awesome. So sweet polite and helpful.
