I like the price of the hotel but it really needs to be updated. There were people in the pool area at 3 a.m. in the morning and that was very annoying because the gates don't automatically lock. There needs to be more parking for wheelchair/ADA and side walks need to be fixed for wheelchair use. Also I believe the washing machines and gym area were out of use. The price we paid was good for the hotel because we did get breakfast the mornings we were there but the times we were given were a bit cut short sometimes. I really love the staff and especially Mrs. Brandy at the front desk, such a sweet young lady!!! Keep smiling Mrs. Brandy!!!!

Location/breakfast was good

Because the windows don't open it tended to get really stuffy in the room. I had to prop the door open to get any fresh air. The microwave is outdated and tended to burn items.

Breakfast was OK but not great. Food could have been hotter. Some kind of scrambled egg, fried egg etc other than hard boiled would be nice with some hash browns.

In our room the space between one side of one bed and the bathroom wall was not usable. Bed too close to the wall. Another comfortable chair in a room with two beds would be nice.

The location of the hotel was great I had work near by and it worked out perfectly. The room was clean and confortable but it was missing a microwave. I requested an extra space to sleep and the hotel was able to accommodate this for me

The microwave was missing in my room but I brought this up to the front desk and they were able to change me into a different room. I would have preferred not to have to ask for these amenities but we all make mistakes,

The rooms are comfortable, beds are nice and soft but I wish the rooms were a little bigger. The mini fridge and microwave are great thing to have. They are very convenient, the breakfast is ok, the same menu every day, and there isn't much variety.

I did not like how repetitive the breakfast was and the time it was served, I wish it could be served a little earlier because I would leave the hotel early.

The Breakfast was real tasty. We liked staying there. If, you give me their phone # over there I may book something in the near future. If, I can get a good price. They gave me it once and I lost it. The Manager was real nice. He went the extra mile for me. He knows what I mean by that. Thanks for everything.

I had a bad initial experience with Ms. Dallas, night receptionist. Worst employee I have ever had contact with in my life. She was extremely rude, poorly prepared and unprofessional. luckily the next day Mr. Lalo, the manager, quickly and extremely kindly resolved the situation. Thank you very much.

The motel is clean and comfortable. The staff has been great, very kind and professional. Worth the value, I would stay here again, easily.

I was looking for a short stay in a nice hotel. I can't think of anything that was wrong. I would stay here again.

The location en route from LA to home in Templeton was just right plus it being near a sales point for the LATimes.

I was placed in a room that was. Wing Rena acted and not ready for a guest. Front desk staff immediately moved me to a room that was ready for occupancy.
