Great location just off the highway at Boca Raton. The hotel staff went all the way to help us get a room despite a reservation issue (see below). Good-size suite. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Our Booking.com reservation was not somehow found in the hotel reservation system. The first time it ever happened to me, after numerous trips through booking.com. Had to call the booking.com help desk and it took at least 20-30 minutes to cancel the reservation without penalty. This was back in June. Hope this software issue has been resolved and nobody else experiences this issue.

Everything that we exoected was delivered. We had our complimentary drinks and ordered food from the Grill Restaurant rather than venture out in the rainy weather. Breakfast was wonderful with lots to pick from and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

The pool was not very clean which I can chalk up to the rainy weather but it also looked run down and in need of repair to the tiles and inside the pool. We had spotty cable service again probably due to the weather.

The respect and love the kids and I receive also being a family with no place to live they are very understanding

There is nothing not to like the breakfast: PHENOMENAL food is delicious and in a great location for us to our Church. The managers work well together

The breakfast was delicious! The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were too soft for our liking though. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit more powerful. Other than a couple of cosmetic things it was a great stay. Will definitely be back.

I’m just being picky but the pillows were a little too soft and the water pressure in the shower was a little light.

I love Embassy Suites and the location was perfect for our needs.

I was surprised about the hotel renovations but I understand the need for continued improvement. I would have preferred the toilet in the room be a high handicapped toilet as I have had knee replacement and my wife had hip replacement. A handicapped toilet would be an improvement.

If they had one more cook at breakfast time. Plus they forgot to send up some blankets since we only had a small sheet on the sofa bed. Also I must say that sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it only had the pillows from the sofa. I forgot the safety latch on the door was broken.

The hotel was nice with comfortable beds and very friendly helpful staff but needs refurbishment.

The rooms need updating as carpets are worn and musty smelling. The hotel needs some plants and greenery overhanging indoor balconies. Needs some colours as very bland old worn decor.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of options particularly of fresh fruit. The made to order omelets was an especially nice option.

The front entry was under renovation which made the flooring uneven. However, this is understandable and efforts were made to minimize this.

Great location. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Cool gym and nice pool. Our kiddos didnt want to leave. The restaurant inside the hotel was awesome also. The desserts were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again for sure!

Rooms could have been a little cleaner but 7/10 for cleanliness. Gym and pool area were pretty clean. Only reason for 7/10 cleanliness is because the first room we checked into had glass on the floor on thr carpet which clearly they didnt vacuum the room BUT the front desk staff were amazing and switched our room no questions. Next room was much cleaner.

The rooms are nice and spacious for a family. The continental breakfast was amazing, as well as the complimentary happy hour drinks, lol. The pool was heated, so that was a plus. I also liked the fact that the rooms have little balconies.

The TVs are a little outdated but definitely not a deal breaker.
