I loved the staff , everyone was so helpful and nice. The girl at the breakfast is an asset to this hotel! She engaged so nicely with us and our kids. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Location is amazing, doesn't get more central than this. Pool was clean and some days heated. Breakfast was very surprising!!! A great variety of choices. I was a bit concern due to some reviews but the food was really great for all ages! Loved that they offer coffee/tea to go :) Will definitely book again.

Just that the dryer and washer on floor 14 are not well maintained. Could use a clean, however, still working well.

Location was great! Breakfast was good but it would be nice to switch things up a bit more than it is. I also liked that the special request I made for my stay in the room was acknowledged after I booked it and the room was ready with the request upon my arrival.

A side make up mirror would be a great addition to the bathroom. The vanity is so far from the mirror that it is difficult to apply make up. The lighting near the full length mirror is not enough to apply make up. A proper fitting sink in the bathroom would be better as to not get the vanity all wet for handwashing. The spout doesn’t come out far enough.

Breakfast offerings & hours were very good. Elevators - speed, accessibility & ease of use outstanding. Access to other downtown activities excellent. Room & room service very good. Drapes/ roller shades in room were wonderful. Easy to use & effective. Liked very much the large sink area where toiletries could be laid out & be easy to access without compromising sink area. Shower size very nice. Light controls & especially bedside lights e cell ent. Ease of room temperature control & effectiveness very good. Liked quiet operation.

TV - I was told new tv system. But it wasn't set up right to work with channel listing. Took me about 2 days to get straighten out. Ditto telephone system . New but no instructions on how to reach either a department or front desk. Lots of barriers (my perception) from being able to connect to manager on duty to resolve 2 issues mentioned above. Front desk staff were clearly designated as go-between. Again about 2 days to straighten out. Multiple conversations required. Very nice accommodating persons but...it took time to make work. Water pressure & water flow ok but marginal.

The property was centrally located. It felt new. It was convenient. When there was an issue with my check in date, I was immediately refunded with apologies. The whole staff was very kind and Stan was especially helpful. He went the extra mile for our family. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was comfortable with good water pressure. The room was a comfortable size for our family.

No issues with the property.

Very convenient location: close to the beach, and next to many restaurants. Easy access to I-95. You can park at hotel. For us it was free. The room was clean. All people at the front desk were very helpful. Great swimming pool and the gym.

Breakfast wasn't good for that level of hotel: poor variety of ingredients and no taste at all.

This was my second visit to this hotel, which says a lot! The room was large, 2 very comfortable double or king size beds (sorry don’t remember), a very large closet and separate sofa seating area. You could see the ocean from my room! Breakfast is solid, conceivably could cover most dietary requirements, you shouldn’t leave hungry! The location is ideal, very close to shopping and restaurants and a good stretch of the legs (or an Uber) could get you to the beach in no time! The staff were all excellent!

Overall the room was fine. The door that opened to the area the refrigerator is was wonky, like it might fall off wonky. The door to the bathroom was an opaque sliding glass, which on the surface was a cool feature but it made a wretched sound when you opened or closed it. My daughter figured out how to do it with less noise.

staff was wonderful, breakfast was amazing...so much stuff to pick from and the food was delicious! also, very kind, courteous!

We were too far away from the elevators...my friend has breathing problems and it was hard for her to walk so far. We were there for Hurricane Milton and I felt prices were a bit hit, not to mention, $23/night for parking!

The hotel felt new and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had some good variety. The rooms were big and bathrooms clean.

The hotel computer software was being changed so my check in got delayed over half an hour and they needed a photocopy of my passport which they said they would destroy later. I wasn't happy with this. My room door also couldn't close properly.

▪︎A Small gripe was that I had to go down to the lobby to use a microwave. It would be good if every room had a microwave or atleast every floor a pantry area with access to a microwave.

Breakfast was one of the best free breakfast I have encountered at any hotel. I would add that the facility was clean and very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helped with all of my questions or concerns. There were multiple restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Has a really nice pool on the 4th floor that would be great to relax in at night after work or a day out with the family.

The attached restaurant was associated and could charge things to your room and the parking was a little on the high side. Lack of shopping opportunities that I could find and if it were a family trip, it might miss the mark.
