Daily continental breakfast which was simple but fine. Apartment was very nice, with a retro feel. Loved the kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and kitchen stuff. Most things were updated. Bathroom was kind of dated but everything was very clean. Very happy with accommodations overall. Great access to beach. Supplied canopies and chairs at beach. Had grill available onsite for grilling. Pool and grounds were nice.

Could update bathrooms. But again, they were clean. Being south florida, fans would be nice, but room was cool. Had to replace grill gas tank which was slightly annoying but not that big of a deal.

if you know what I mean when I say old Florida, then this is the place for you! I specifically wanted one of the small motels that were right on the beach. It’s like being right back in the 50s. The people that are there for the season, couldn’t have been nicer. It was always quiet. Beach was beautiful and private. Clean towels always available for the pool and ocean.

I can’t think of anything! I will say this, if you are looking for a place with a lot of action, bar, and music blasting all day, this is not the place for you!

We loved how beautiful and peaceful it was. The pool was nice with lounge chairs, tables, and other chairs which provided ample seating. Having pool floats was very thoughtful. Being able to walk out the door to the pool which was just outside our door, or beach which is just down a small path, was great. We prefer properties like this rather than hotels with lobbies, elevators, etc. The lounge chairs and canopies on the beach were nice and I love when a place provides pool/beach towels , so kudos on the thoughtfulness It was a quick trip so we didn’t take advantage of the barbecues on site but watched others grill which is nice, especially if feeding a whole family. The room size was great. A whole one bedroom apartment actually with a separate bedroom, small kitchen, living room and dining area. Two entrances, one to the parking side and one to the pool side. Nice sitting area outside the door to the pool side, which was made private with hedges. Lounge chairs and table and chairs within the sitting area. Overall great property especially to disconnect and relax which was the purpose of our visit. Will definitely book again.

No complaints about the property itself. Our stay included breakfast. Although we appreciated the good hot fresh coffee, water, and juice bottles, my husband is a great eater so bagels doesn’t really count as breakfast for him.

Also, you had to open up the tent and hold it with a pvc pipe yourself. • Breakfast was a joke Assessment My wife and I were looking for a place to take our 7 year old granddaughter to a beach area. We met our goal. If you can ignore the negatives like we did and focus on the positives- the place met our needs. I did had a difficult time cooking, but other then that; we had no issues. Our granddaughter made friends and she spend most of the day from the beach to the pool. I do recommended it for the price

Great location - love the free laundry and breakfast as well as water/juice/coffee throughout the day- great value for someone with kids that have been traveling. I would definitely stay here again, close to everything but the layout of the property makes it very quiet and feels like you are the only guests there.

The pull out sleeper sofa mattress was not that comfortable for my sons - toilet had some problems flushing but we took care of it.

Everything about our stay at Delray Breakers was excellent. The ease of booking, the staff, the facilities, the location, the cleanliness, the fact we had a pool and a walking distance private beach, and a grill, and free laundry. Everything in the room was clean and organized, all the amenities we needed were provided (pots and pans, and dishes, a dishwasher, and it was all clean and organized). This is the best stay I've had in a long time for a reasonable and affordable price. We'll definitely be returning to this resort and I'm telling all my family and friends!!! :) I LOVED it! Keep up the amazing work!

Nothing! I loved everything :) Everything was absolutely perfect! Keep up the great work! One tiny comment I may have is to have fresh fruit options for breakfast :) and healthier options, but since we had a kitchen we ended up buying things for breakfast.

My wife and I had a great time, the location was great, and our room was clean large and only steps away from the beach with an ocean view. I can't say enough about the food in the area, Atlantic ave restaurant's are amazing. We also found a hidden gem called Peanut island. I have been to most of the Caribbean Islands and the Florida keys, and I have to say peanut Island could pass as a Caribbean island. with it's white sandy beaches and crystal clear blue water with lots of tropical marine life. If you can't get to the Caribbean or the Florida keys, Peanut island will give you the same exciting experience. you can only get there by boat or kayak, the shuttle is only $16 per person round trip and well worth it. here is one more place you must experience that is about a 15 minute ride to Boca, the best Italian deli I have ever been to. http://jimmycdeli.com/ do yourself as favor and try this place out, We had lunch there three days in a row. That we had to drive by all the 25 million dollar mansions and Bentleys seemed to be the common vehicle of choice. hahah lol

The best choice for a relaxing holiday. Wonderful location, large apartment right on the beach. Breakfast buffet as an attitude to an individually composed breakfast. A small, but clean and pleasant swimming pool, golf course, communal grill and all-day access to hot and cold drinks made us feel like in an all inclusive resort. In addition, the possibility of free use of the washing machine and dryer, ice maker and unlimited fresh pool towels - a great thing. I highly recommend it to all those who expect wonderful relaxation - not necessarily glamor. Despite the fact that the center is already old and it could use some renovation - it still has everything that makes the stay in it fantastic.

The location was excellent—right on the beach! The property is definitely dated, but very, very clean and comfortable. Pool/beach towels provided. Small but attractive pool, nice BBQ area, great beach access. Great place to come with kids. Definitely a serious family vibe to the facility, lots of friendly kids & dogs. Kitchens and bathrooms were very clean.

There was a lightbulb missing in one of the lamps that was plugged in, so that was a yikes, but really minor. A couple of light switches didn’t work. The property is just old, the locks on the doors were a little tricky. Basically, if you were wanting a super luxurious property, this probably isn’t a good fit. But wow, the beach! So beautiful it’s hard to say anything bad. 😊

Right on the beach! Kitchen provided in room! Quiet. Beach quiet and unspoiled. Guests were considerate, quiet and friendly. Nice break room with coffee. Loved the sitting area outside our room and the ocean view was gorgeous! Nice putting green and large grill available for the guests poolside. Room decor cheery with seaside decor and Tommy Bahama style bamboo furniture. Bed comfy.

Cabanas all broken except one. Pool heater not working. Staff very responsive in putting in work orders though.
