We were greeted super friendly by Emre the host, the check in went super fast and was absolutely uncomplicated. The hotel is beautifully laid out with a pool and plenty of seating in the courtyard. The rooms are also tastefully furnished and super clean. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need. Another positive aspect is the location, just a short walk to the promenade and the beach. The hotel also offers everything you need for the beach, from umbrellas to chairs, towels, sun protection, etc. Parking is free in front of the hotel. Emre himself is super friendly and is always available if you need anything or have any questions. All in all we can only say that we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. We are already planning to return here in December and it will definitely be the place to be for us on the east coast of Florida.

Smell of weed coming from the other rooms. There seemed to be some shady long-term renters that possibly were subsidized. Definitely not vacationers.

The room was a nice size and the kitchen had a good selection of kitchen wares and dishes. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were both good for the shower. The AC unit kept the room comfortable. We did not hear noise from either neighboring room. The pool was clean and heated. The staff were friendly and able to accommodate our late check in and luckily a late check out as well. While we didn’t use them, the manager did let us know there were umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach if we wanted.

We didn't eat at the location but we sure will next time. From the time I checked in was amazing, I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the very nice man who not only checked us in but took all of our belongings to our room. When we walked in our room we were blown away the room was fabulous. Decor of the room is amazingly beautiful, everything you would ever need to cook or if you wanted to bring your food back to the room there's a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, real dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Beds are comfortable my mom loved the quilts so much. The floors are so beautiful again everything about this hidden gem 💎 and the price was the icing on the already amazing room. Can't wait to comeback just for a relaxing weekend.

The owner/manager was very nice, personable, helpful, always available. Beds were comfortable, air was cool, and the whole place was very clean. I was very happy to have a full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, sink, full fridge), plates, bowls, cups, silverware. I didn’t make any meals but you could because there’s pots and pans and casserole dishes too. Coffee pot and toaster also included. Tv was a Roku tv so we could watch whatever we wanted, big size too. The pool was very nice, very clean, we spent almost the whole day in it. The walk to the beach took maybe 5 minutes, it’s just across the street. I was so sad to leave, it was such a nice stay.

Pillows were a bit too flat for me but I can be picky with pillows.

The common areas are spacious and bright, while the rooms are large, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The cleanliness was impeccable in every corner of the property. The location of the hotel is another major plus point. It is situated close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, and is also in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. This allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without having to use the car. We grew fond of this magical place and its fantastic staff, so much so that we left a piece of our hearts there. Perhaps "Bug", the hotel's mascot cat, also played a role in making our stay unforgettable! We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a dream vacation. It is a true paradise for those who want relaxation, comfort, and a strategic location.

I had the most incredible stay at this hidden gem! It's like stepping into a scene from a dreamy American movie – the place is simply enchanting. Every corner is adorned with charming details, making it a unique experience. What sets this place apart is the thoughtful extras. From beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and towels to the delightful pink flamingos by the pool, they've nailed the art of creating a perfect retreat. The rooms are a true testament to coastal elegance. The soothing blue tones transport you to an instant beach vacation. The smart TVs with all your favorite apps make it feel like a home away from home. And let's talk about the owner – he's beyond amazing! Along with his fantastic team, they go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. Staying here feels more like visiting a friend's house than a typical hotel. One night, they even treated me to some mouthwatering tacos, and we ended up sharing stories and enjoying music together. It's these personal touches that make this place truly special. They also shared some fantastic recommendations for local spots that made my trip even more memorable. This is more than just a hotel; it's an experience, and I can't wait to come back!

I sent a request to the hotel asking for the possibility of earlier check-in, because... We will arrive from the cruise to the port early in the morning. The owner told me that they would be able to accommodate us if a room became available early. And my husband and I were in a pleasant shock when the owner offered us a luxurious, huge two-room suite on the second floor without additional payment for occupancy! We were very, very happy! The bed has a good soft mattress and good pillows, the bed linen is white and has a pleasant fresh smell. Large kitchen if you need to cook something and several soft sofas. There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, close to the beach. We walked along the embankment both ways for several hours before dark and had a lot of fun. We liked this hotel and place so much and recommended! 👌

Ashley Brooke is just 1 block away from a long stretch of nice beach. This is exceptional for Florida, where in many places access to ocean is closed by private properties, here you have sand, trees, benches & picnic tables (all under the shade of trees). Also a few nice restaurants, the Whole Foods market near by. Resort has a great apartments with fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and a bedroom. Also, a wonderful & lit ocean boulevard to walk at night!!
