the staff, especially the lady who was on the front desk from 3pm to 11pm. we had to move our room due to a tub drainage situation, she was so helpful and expedited it with politeness and concern . The cleanliness was above and beyond what we expected , the accommodations as far as sleeping, were excellent. breakfast was great. We have styed here before, and will be staying again in October. We are part of the Florida State Columbiettes Board of Officers and we travel from the other coast of Florida from the Tampa.Brandon area and the Winter Haven area.

all was good except ... i got in extremely LATE,,, due to a very late international plane arrival. which was due to our original flt being cancelled and another plane brought in to replace the one we were on. (technical problems they said) I arrived at 2am.... all i wanted was a later check out... they said they could only offer to 12p. so basically i paid ALOT for just 9hrs of stay.

Good location. Clean and attractive. Room clean and comfortable. Initial room assigned , window shade fell off wall. Staff responded right away and switched us to another room. Good breakfasts.

Appeared to be in the process of renovations? Workmen loud in the hall at 6:30 am. Areas in the room of tiny ants.

The shower drain rusted and paint peeling off the wall Room smells like bleach, mildewy, smoked in previously at some point

Great location, friendly staff, clean,

Fire alarm went off around midnight. Fire department arrived to shut the alarm off. According to the night receptionist the room where the alarm was triggered was on my floor and the manager kicked the occupants out. Do not know if this is accurate but I agree with their action.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The overall experience was positive. The pillows were extraordinary!

Can't think of a thing!

We have stayed at this location with family over the past few years the hotel is very clean and comfortable and in a safe location, we will stay here again in the future the staff is always friendly and the hotel is very nice. We did not realize though this last trip we had that it was spring break so the rates were double what we paid last year but no complaints. Breakfast was very good as well and the great nieces all enjoyed it and the pool. Will stay again next time we visit the area.

This place is amazing very clean with very pleasant staff. I love the oatmeal for breakfast . The place smell and feel fresh. Decor in the room is 10 out of 10.

Clean and comfortable for my parents. What we booked for it was spacious for my dad wheelchair. Complimentary breakfast. Staff was very nice we felt safe

The beds where clean, check in process was smooth, & parking was good. House keeping ladies where very nice. had a lady named Bertha very kind got us what we needed. and showed a sense of importance to get us a Pillow.

when I checked in front desk was not able to give me 2 rooms with 2 beds as I requested nor have them next to each other, which I had pid for already. When I requested an extra pillow for the pull out couch there was none, plus no sense of urgency or hospitality to try to find me one. coming from the hospitality industry found it weird that there was no uniform front desk was dressed normal. despite all this wanted to make it clear that the front desk people where nice. last but not least breakfast was not the best missed a couple of items to say it was an all American breakfast.
