There was renovation in the hotel at the time we were there, but we didn't notice anything that would affect our vacation. We got a renovated room, it was wonderful, very nice, good design, everything is new! The room was huge, also the bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows! The staff was sooo great, many thanks for them, thay made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was nice, not too big, but there were everything you need (egg, bacon, potato, coffee, juice, fruit). This hotel is really in the top caterory, we'd like to come back again. We parked on the road (free), not in the hotel parking ($24 per day). The room has a small fridge, coffee machine, tea, new tv. Bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion.

No hot water, sure because of the renovation.

Excellent location. A few minute walk from Atlantic Ave where all the restaurant and bars and live entertainment are located. Breakfast included was good and having indoor parking was great (although additional cost of $24 a day)

Lobby and common area were too cold and breakfast was at 10AM for the first 6 days we were there then changed back to 9AM without warning so we missed breakfast that day. Hyatt should change breakfast till at least 10 AM permanently. Bathroom counter was small with a ledge behind that always got our stuff wet and faucet was too close to the sink wall to easily wash hands etc.

Location was great, near a lot of restaurants and shops, a couple blocks from the farmers market on Saturday. Rooftop pool and hot tub were well kept. Breakfast was very good.... food was always replenished. Lots of seating areas in lobby. Room was spacious.. We walked to the beach (1 mile or so) but got a free shuttle back to hotel. Free newspaper at front desk. Our daughter who lives there was able to park there free during the day to visit us.

We had to ask for our room to get made up at 5 pm one day. Another day I had to ask front desk to replenish some things in the room . Two days we had to ask them to get bartender during happy hour time. Coffee bar was not open, machine broken they said. If we had a car all night, it cost $24.

location excellent breakfast excellent, varied menu, tasty food except for the bread room is good because the carpet doesn't smell fresh and clean, but it has a modern and contemporary design the smell in the lobby and the halls is very good,

Pay for the hotel parking. It seems very inappropriate to me to pay extra money for hotel parking, especially when it is difficult to find parking at the hotel location zone. The parking lot was empty, and we got wet in the rain to go get the car two blocks away to leave the hotel. Other hotels in the Hyatt chain include parking or at least charge a low price to cover parking maintenance costs.

The location is great, with parking onsite (tho you do have to pay). There is a basic breakfast also on site, and a bar and coffee shop plus some basic snacks and amenities. The outdoor pool and hot tub are really nice. Our room was great... clean and comfortable, and we really didn't hear noise unless we were in the hallway. Would return.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and the room could have been a little darker at night; minor things really.

Nice large clean room with comfy beds. Located in an area with many restaurants and shops. Parking is a bit on the expensive side, but the underground garage was much appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but unremarkable. The beach is not really close, but it's a nice walk to there. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night here, but would come again.

One of the elevators was not working during our stay and the one that did was overwhelmed by the amount of people that needed it. Therefore, it was taking long for the elevator to come each time and once in it, one could stop at all levels of the hotel before reaching their destination.

Free breakfast was offered (6:30-9:00 AM) every morning. The location is centrally located in the Arts District, and there are a plethora of art/historical museums and sights as well as endless places to eat and shop including the beach. The location is walking-friendly and it is highly recommended to just walk rather than driving. The hotel was fairly quiet and there was not a lot of people here.

Expect to pay for parking (around $25 a night). The breakfast is nothing crazy so don't expect waffle makers or salad bars or anything. Bring takeaway containers and stock up on free breakfast. Driving is difficult in the area.

The location to downtown Delray is phenomenal. Just a few blocks to so many restaurants and fun things to do. We could walk to parks and also we walked to the beach. Lots of ice cream shops and art places along the way. Also lots of really good restaurants. Huge nightlife. Awesome Pinball arcade nearby too.

the breakfast was exactly the same item menu every single day. Also similar complains by other guests. The parking fee is too high $25/- plus tax daily after having to pay a high price for the the room. Don’t understand why this one housekeeping lady would knock on our door every morning for about 4-5 days around 8-9am while we were asleep and didn’t understand what she wants. We asked her what she want, she didn’t seem to understand English and was saying something we did not understand. It was really annoying! we told her not to knock on our door that early as we are still asleep. Not sure if she understood us.

Great staff, great rooms

The cleaning lady once came at 2.30pm and we were in the middle of showering. We asked her if she could come back 30 min later and she said no and that it had to be in that moment or she won't come back. Besides, she barely spoke English and mumbled in a way that was impossible to understand.
