Friendly and eager to please staff. Spacious rooms.

Kitchen was lacking some basic equipment like salad spoons knives were so dull. I was upsold for a balcony but it turns out every unit has a balcony anyway I’m not sure if this is this property‘s fault or Booking.com but I paid extra for something I didn’t need . Hot tub was broken, but given the state of Indian Shores right now with the hurricanes it’s really difficult to get maintenance done in this area. I feel sorry for the residence here so I don’t blame the property for this hot tub not working they’re doing their best.

We have stayed here 2X’s on vacation and we love the location. The facility is always nice and clean.

Perfect location, view of the causeway was fresh and interesting and the walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, the service was top-shelf and the personell were very freindly and accomodating

I did not think the mattress was as firm as I would have liked it. The full size bed was a little crowded for the two of us, we did not use the other bed. A king or queen would have been much better but I did not research what other rooms were available. I think ours was the last vacant room for that time period. It did not distract from the comfort of the overall experience. I would gladly go backto this beautiful resort!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The room and facilities was superb and we'll hope to visit again in the near future. The beach was only a 5 minute walk, the room was big and spacious. We had a great view of the sea inlet with the view's of sun rise in the morning. We had the opportunity to see some wildlife an eagle, some dolphins and manatees. The location was in a very nice quiet area away from busy beach towns which we really liked. The beach was very nice and good for families especially for the kids to play.

The floor was a little dirty upon arrival, but the staff were happy to clean this for us.

Spacious rooms and good layout. A little chilly in the room but we had control of the temperature. The pool area was nice and comfortable. We used the fireplace outdoors one night and it was lovely. The staff was helpful and efficient.

The minimalist approach to the space which had very few towel bars for wet clothing and towels. We had to put them outside to dry. Not much for wall decor, very sparse pictures nothing much on the walls. We had to figure out the beach access ourselves, but it was not as hard as we thought.

Friendly staff, the whole place is very clean and bright, excellent view to enjoy, proximity to the beach and walking, the pool and spa very clean, the room excellent and very clean, I love the cleanliness and that's what I liked the most, there are also many restaurants to choose from around, we also went to a water park 6 minutes from there, very fun, we had a very quiet and relaxed little vacation, this place met my expectations. Thank you.

Spacious accommodations with high end finishes and appliances in a low profile building among Miami-like skyscrapers, well located on a canal and the intracoastal waterway, ample greenery , with a lovely deck and dock , fire pit and grill. Gulf beaches across the street and within walking distance to restaurants .

Access to TV reception was difficult . Even the staff gave up trying to make the system work for us.

Spacious 1 bedroom condo at a very reasonable price. Loved the full kitchen, comfortable living room and modern televisions. While I didn’t use it, saw many guests using the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Not a big issue for me, but it seemed beach access wasn’t very convenient. The property across the street didn’t allow beach access. So I saw one family walking down the street a bit to get to the beach. Probably one reason why such a great place is so reasonable in cost. So a trade off. One I was happy to make.

Property was great, Staff were all very friendly even night security. it was nice having the grill prepped for me with a reservation.

Rooms had no ceiling fans which made it very hot since AC would not go below 75. We had bought some food to cook in unit because we are used to having kitchen utensils but this unit had plates,silverware, cups and a cookie sheet that’s all. It would have been to have a pizza cutter or spatula other kitchen utensils. Only other thing which was not properties fault was we had to keep shutting door or leaving piece and pier because one group of guests kept smoking weed every hour on their porch, parking lot, dock, etc.

We had a spacious and comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath, balcony apartment with a full kitchen, dining, and living room. Public access to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is an easy 5 minute walk. It is so much calmer than staying in Clearwater Beach, but it’s still only a 20 minute drive from Pier 60 if you want to enjoy the nightlife there. Donna was exceptionally welcoming at check-in and throughout our stay. She suggested great restaurants, called around to make us a dinner reservation, and went out of her way to connect with our teen girls. Thank you for a lovely beach weekend!

The pool wasn’t as big as we expected from the photos, but we didn’t mind since the beach was so close and beautiful.
