The Breakfast was outstanding. Location of hotel is walking dist to beach and very many restaurants and night life. Entire Hotel was very clean. Full kitchen in room nice amenity. Coffee maker very nice made latte too. Room was insulated well very quiet. Great view of pool and ocean partially. Front desk agents very courteous and helpful.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable and pillows too the fitted sheet kept popping off. Closet door was combersome and bulky. Coffee at the Breakfast wasnt hot enough. Covered parking section needs freshened up. pavement water puddles and could use some paint to bright place up a bit.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, free parking. Good quality breakfast, plenty of selections. Excellent coffee. Family room is comfortable and roomy to hang out. Both the family room and bedroom have a balcony that you can step out to enjoy the breeze and overlooking the pool in the courtyard. In my opinion, the south facing rooms are the best. Not only you have a great view of the ocean, but also a grand view of the church and the Delray residential area. Room on the East side have too sun glaring in the eyes and room on the west side can't see the ocean.

The layout is not ideal. The bedroom is next to the sink area and the bathroom. Lights in the sink area are mounted on the ceiling in the connecting walkway and are very bright. They shine right into your eyes if you are laying in bed. Perhaps those lights should be mounted above the sink so they don't shine into the bed. Fan in the bathroom is not only very loud but also are on the same switch as the lights. You can't turn on the bathroom light without disturbing people at sleep. There is no night light any where so we ended up moving around in the dark or using the cell phone for lights.

The location was very good. It was a bit noisy on Atlantic Ave. with trucks and motorcycles. The staff was extremely responsive and friendly. We were pleased there was a garage and parking lot for guests and their company. We appreciated the daily housekeeping.

The gym was very small. Also, there were no mats, no 3 lb weights and no recumbent bike. Many of the guests are older and an upright back is difficult on the back. Also, the snack room needed more options, lower prices and stocked. The breakfast was OK but we were very disappointed with the coffee. Only bold regular coffee was offered. Also, it would have been nice to change up the fruit option. Only bananas and melon were offered.

Breakfast was included and was excellent. A lot of healthy choices. Parking was also included. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the ocean and a nice kitchenette. Outside hot tub was enjoyable. Location was close to the ocean and right on the busy Atlantic Ave. full of shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Hotel guests would hold chairs around the pool with towels and sometimes not ever use the chairs. I think hotel staff should regularly (hourly?) clear the towels off of any unoccupied chair.

I was initially greeted and accommodated by the woman at the Front desk. She was very sweet and professional.

I did call down at one point regarding the shower water being cold even though I left it on and moved it all ways to warm. When I asked the girl in the morning she had no idea how to help. She mentioned there were complaints, but did not seem to have the follow up answer as to the solution. This is something that should’ve been expected of any customer. It was not necessary for her to suggest somebody coming to show me she should’ve known the answer.

Loved the room that had extra sleeping room for our older kids. Would have appreciated double room where at least one of them offered two queen beds. Loved having kitchen space aa we have child who needs daily neb treatments/therapy. Ability to clean supplies and have refrigerator for meds is imporrant. Price was affordable foe what we got.

Breakfast could have been better. Would be nice to have bacon with breakfast rather than sausages. Would like if they stopped using cloth bags for hair dryers. They font get cleaned and it's time consuming and a little yuk trying to get them out for use. Also would apprecuate full box of kleenex rather than mostly used boxes.

Perfect location. Within walking distance to everything we needed. All the staff was pleasant and helpful and immediately responsive to any need or concern. The suite was equipped with all the necessities, comfortable bed, and felt almost soundproof, unlike most noisy hotel rooms with thin walls and doors. We stayed here while evacuating for Milton but have decided we will definitely return to the area and specifically this hotel. Best stay we have had in I can't remember how long!

This property was lovely. Our room had a view of the pool. Breakfast was your standard free breakfast but it was stocked and kept nice. The food was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, pancakes, yogurt, and bagels. Perfect for a beach getaway. The beach was a short walk with lots of eateries in between if you need to grab a quick bite for the beach. The pool had plenty of seating and towels to use.

My daughter went in the hot tub a couple of times. When we got home she had folliculitus, which is caused by bacteria or fungus. So, the hot tub wasn't cleaned properly.

great breakfast with more than you can ask for, starbucks coffee, fabulous pool and hot tub, pool towels are great, enough chairs around the pool, bathroom products were lovely, staff was the best. David at the desk was fabulous and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were just lovely. kitchen had enough if you wanted to make a small snack. Nespresso machine in the unit was great and coffee was always available.

Excellent stay and breakfast buffet was more than adequate in terms of options and availability. Staff at front desk, maintenance personnel and housekeeping were all responsive and friendly. Room was perfect for us and clean. But still it was a great stay - loved the abundance of pool towels and the pool area was nice as well.

The only negative was that our floor must have had every kid in the hotel under age 7 as constant crying, screaming in early hours and every time they walked by our room. Parents at fault but next time I may ask for a room that may not have families or in a location that doesn't require people to pass by the room.
