One of the nicer Holiday Inn Express properties for service, cleanliness, and location. The staff here make this hotel stand out with simple courtesy and caring. The common space is inviting and flexible and they stock a number of convenience items in case you left something behind.

The downtown location uses parking offsite. We had several items to carry and the distance and stairs made it challenging to move our gear. The outside pool area is nice but it is really around back. Families with kids should watch since it very accessible from outside of the hotel.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. The location makes it easy to reach various points of interest by walking and by car. My room had a view of Pensacola bay which was nice. If you like baseball, there is a stadium that hosts the Double A affiliate for the Miami Marlins.

I wish the fitness center had a chin-up stand.

Cost discrepancy. The credit card was used although I planned an alternate form of payment. It was supposed to be used only to hold the room. The hotel staff states 1st day the CC is always billed which is not the terms from Booking.com when i got the room.

We had breakfast plans so we didn’t partake in the buffet style continental breakfast. We were made aware it was available to us. We did take advantage of the complimentary cookies, they were delicious. Our room was very nice and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfy. Enjoyed the large shower. We were in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go downtown.

Staff was friendly and facility was super clean and spacious. Services was good and check in was fast and easy. The location was good and had good access to downtown area.

The breakfast was not good. The property also charged $25.00 when I checked in for a damage risk and they said it will be refundable, whcih was surprising to me.

This was a staycation for me & I booked a Queen Double room and everything was very clean & tidy. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Love the updated pancake maker, and everything was freshly made. The beds was so comfy and the staff were very nice/great customer service

The only complaint, I could make was there was no water bottles supplied for the coffee maker inside the room. The room came with a Keurig, but there was no water bottles to make the coffee. I ended up purchasing my own, but that was my only complaint about my stay.

The moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted by Ashley. She was helpful, courteous and friendly -- exactly what we needed after a rough morning. She is a bowl of sunshine! She accommodated our request perfectly and gave us room 223 -- a clean, spacious room with a king bed and nice view. We had the pleasure of meeting Leslie and Gabriella when we checked out after having a delicious breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, OJ, cinnamon rolls and coffee. Everything was just perfect and we can't wait to come back. The location was fantastic too! Brava!

Close to centre of town. Very quiet room. Breakfast good with a “grab and go” bag to take fruit for the day!

Unloading luggage and distance to front door of hotel wasn’t as easy as other hotels

Walking distance to downtown Pensacola. Nice and clean, spacious room, and modern amenities.

Had to wait almost an hour for check in. When check in is at 4 pm, they should be on time.
