I loved everything about the stay, the location, facilities, and service. The team, especially Oxana, did an amazing job to make sure my stay is perfect. Nothing was a trouble, I actually didn't have to ask for anything. They were able to allow me to check in early and check out late. They upgraded my room to a bigger one with a view to the channel, and that kind of elevated my whole vacation experience to the moon. It was literally hard to make myself leaving the room. The number of kitchen appliances exceeded the one I have in my own home. They have also provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach, and all kind if activities and entertainment advice that made my whole experience just fantastic and money wise. I usually took the bus to and from the beach, and walked to Las Olas Boulevard restaurants. The distance is the same, about 15 min walk, but I preferred air conditioned bus when the sun was up. The taxi is quite cheap as well. And Publix had great variety for all kind of food and deli someone might wish. I am immensely grateful to the villa Venezia, they definitely made my experience with the whole destination. I am totally sure I will be back.

Very nice small hotel, beautifully and calmly located with short distance to the beach or Las Olas Boulevard. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. They offer everything you would need, working AC, TV, Fridge, WiFi. Every room is different but offers a huge level of amenity. There’s a small pool in the garden and free parking directly in front of the house. Extra bonus and many thanks go to Oksana and Andrea who operate the hotel. I wasn’t able to travel further due to hurricane Helene and was stuck for an additional night. They simply offered me another (much bigger) room for the same price and I was safe. Thank you again! ❤️ This is hotel is a strong recommendation for Fort Lauterdale and it will not be the last time that I visited it. Avoid the big anonymous chains and opt for Villa Venezia instead!

From the moment I arrived everything was perfect. I was greeted by the hosts I was warmly welcomed. The property is well maintained with a beautiful pool, lounging area and bbq/ outdoor dining facilities. The hotel had a decent occupancy, yet I didn’t find to be disturbed by any surrounding noise. My apartment was beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Location is also amazing- close to the beach front & las olas blvd near stores and restaurants. I recommend this spot as the only place to stay in Lauderdale- will certainly be back!

The welcome and check-in process with the Villa Venezia host was excellent. The lady who greeted us was so friendly and had everything buttoned down and ready to go days before we arrived. She even has a delightful cat (Luna) that was part of the welcome committee.

The property is about pleasant 20mins walk from both downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Lauderdale beach. It's just a little too far to walk quickly if the weather is very hot. So we Uber'd if we needed to move quickly or if we did some grocery shopping.

We have nothing to complain about our staying at Villa Venezia. The location was great (near to one of the Fort Laudardale channels) with a beautiful view in quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The room was very confortable and cozy. The highlight was the service, the check in and all the attention Andrea (manager) gave us was amazing! Kind regards from Brazil!

Everything was nice!

Such an incredible treat to find this place had availability for my stay. Communication was amazing... Before, during and after my stay. The small staff is the best around. Polite, friendly and helpful. Extra plus... There's a hotel cat, Luna, who is the sweetest. She sleeps in the office at night, but then explores the hotel looking for loves during the day. Helped me as I was missing my pets at home!

The location is excellent. The room is well equipped with comfortable facilities. We love the pool area where you can relax and enjoy the weather and view. The host is super friendly and we enjoyed having a chat with her around the pool area. We will definitely consider this property on our next visit to Fort Lauderdale.

It was not really a big issue but it would be nice if there was a dehumidifier as the room humidity level was very high.

The location is absolutely perfect, whether you're looking for a short stay on a layover or a longer one to explore the area. It is close to the beach and at walking distance from downtown area. The room was very comfortable and had everything it was said it would have - from toiletries to complimentary water bottles, coffee, etc.. It also has a kitchenette which is very useful if you're looking to warm up some quick food or make yourself a cup of tea. The hotel has a swimming pool with a lovely view of a private marina, and it looks like a tropical paradise. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating to the specificity of my stay.

We had the very spacious two BR, 2 bath room "Santa Fe" super clean apartment with a full kitchen, dining area, living room with a wrap around balcony complete with two rockers and a table with four chairs with an eastern view from the second floor toward the pool and waterway. The staff was welcoming and informative.They provided pods for the dishwasher and Wolfgang Puck coffee for the coffeemaker. Great fridge and stove, all the dishwater and river ware you could need and an Oster blender for making smoothies. The pool was very nice, easy to get into and went from 3.5' up to 6' with ample chairs for sunning. I went swimming at about 5:30-6 PM when the pool was shaded from the sun. AC was easy to control. It was our splurge so we could visit with family and still have our privacy. There is only one tv in the living room, but it got a large array of cable and local tv stations. They had ample free parking included in the price. There was also a larger washer and dryer; ample towels and amenities. The property was smoke free and quiet. Located on the water there are many boats docked there and lovely landscaping. We paid more than our budget for the room--but as our big splurge it provided comfort and luxury for a lovely stay. There was a book with all necessary information about the complex and the area. Great wifi.

Of the two bathrooms, the master bath only had a tub with a hand-held shower system. I am mobility impaired so I did not feel comfortable climbing in and out of it so I used the 2nd bathroom. The shower there is pretty small and you really can't control the heat or level of shower spray int it. It was okay, but would have liked to have had more room to maneuver. There is no elevator--but there are many rooms on the ground floor for the disabled.

Andrea, our host, was exceptional. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the property were remarkable. Everything was perfectly maintained. The location, while slightly away from the bustling beach area, offered a peaceful retreat. It was quiet and serene. Access to the beach was convenient, making it an ideal choice for beach lovers.
