friendly staff and cleaning service/very cold AC super soft, comfortable bed and fold out couch good enough free hot breakfast grab and go 6 AM to 9 AM. Plenty of parking extremely well lit at night great water pressure and hot water.

only one person at the front desk Internet was down. Check-in was slow, but the girl was nice no pool towels asked for towels I was told just use your room towels Jacuzzi was lukewarm all the pool lights were broken or missing. Bathroom door handle was falling off, would not lock closet shelf was full of bugs and dirt/remote control for DIRECTV. I was messing the battery cover, and you really had to get close to the TV to make it work. The DIRECTV receiver is behind the counter heads, the extra effort to reach the signal by getting closer to the TV.

As a former resident of Ft. Pierce, I like the location & the rooms are always clean.

I am disappointed that over the last few years the corporation hasn't made needed upgrades/improvements. It is quite evident that touch up work (cosmetics) was completed & could have been done more meticulously! The name speaks for itself & brings customers. I suggest an inspection of bathrooms to begin with.

All the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was simple but filling. King size bed room was plenty of space for a couple and our toddler.

The room could’ve used a deep clean. Particularly the shower. But way more than manageable for the night! :)

Hands down, nicest room my husband and I have ever had. Extremely comfortable and very clean. Decent breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again

At breakfast, could not get remote to work to change channel

The pool area was a mess. There was beat-up, mismatched furniture randomly scattered with no tables. The pol deck was also littered with deflated pool floats, cigarette butts and a few glass beer bottles.

The hotel & room was clean.bed was comfortable just like I like it

One of the housekeeper's found my Pandora bracelet when they cleaned our room,after we check out, and when I called back to see if they had found , they kept say no, And I know that's where I misplaced it, cause I only wore it on the Saturday of the event we attended, and came back to the hotel,took it off and place it on one of the mantels in the room,and got in the shower,and laid down after awards,got up Sunday morning, gathered our things and checked out at 11:30 something, upon our return back to Atlanta, we unpacked everything,and that's when I noticed, I mistakenly left my bracelet 😭and I've been checking our 2 duffle bags,and my little purse I carry since we got home. But I will NOT be staying here anymore, cause I know one of their housekeepers found and kept my bracelet 😡😡😡😡

The room was the best good breakfast plenty of cable channels and the AC work the best & the bathroom was outstanding

For some reason on the 4th floor the hallway smells weird they probably should put some air fresheners on the 4th floor or any other floors that smells weird

The staff was very friendly and cooperative with my concerns. Nice breakfast selection is offered and a convenient location.

Telephone didn’t work in the room and refrigerator not so cold. But the front desk lady was nice enough to switch me to another room👍

one of our rooms had an odor but later discovered the AC unit was leaking and had water near it…luckily I had my scent bomb spray which helped a little…
