I'm giving a pretty high rating because personally, I like this kind of place. Its older with solid walls - 2 story horse shoe shaped building with a clean pleasant pool in the center. Everything in the room worked well. Staff are nice people. Most important to me and so very much appreciated is this hotel allows pets - They even like them! So, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay with my dog :)

They did charge extra for pets which was disappointing but not surprising. However, they charged for parking which did surprise me, and of course, who likes that - But, at least the parking was no hassle as they have a decent parking lot.

The best place !! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The manager, Abby, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable, making our experience even better. We will definitely visit again! The pool was very clean, and the promenade and beach were just a short walk away. Parking was available in a secure lot at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!Thank you!

I have stayed at Pousada before and I always have a great experience. The front desk is always friendly and professional. The best. In addition to the rooms being very comfortable and super clean, the pool is ALWAYS crystal clear. It has to be the cleanest hotel pool I have ever seen. Definitely the cleanest on Hollywood beach. It's just a great place. Thanks! I'll be back.

The property was very nice and cleaned, they made sure you had everything you needed in the room and if you didn’t they would kindly get it for you. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here.

There’s nothing I can really complain about. My stay was a 10/10

The room was very clean and cozy. Had a mini kitchen with fridge stove top to cook and sink. The bed slept very comfortable and management and staff were great and accommodating all my needs while staying. The location was perfect right by the beach and boardwalk . They also had a nice swimming pool. Very affordable and I will stay again.

I love the front desk she was amazing. I love the property. I love the fact that the pool is right there in the front. I love how they’re always attentive.

The only thing i didnt like is that they dont have an ice machine. However there are store close by to buy ice.

Not all rooms have ceiling fans and some Beds are way more comfortable-
