Breakfast and parking offered on site with room. Grounds are quite nice, room clean and well kept.

Like most places on the island, value is difficult to find. Hidden cleaning/resort fees at most places, makes what looks like a “deal” end at close to 50% more to twice the listed nightly price. Duval inn didnt set the standard, but they aren’t trying to break the trend either.

Bring the parking back to the Inn like it used to be. We probably won't come back because it's changed...

Great location (except for weekend nights when the loud music across the street doesn't end until 2:30).Staff is fabulous. Garden pool area was very tranquil.

Continental breakfast was a bit boring after five days of the same choices, but quality and selection were good. Poolside bar closed indefinitely. Rooms are very small.

It is an amazing location - steps from Duval. It is in the center of Duval - easily walk to either end, whether you are going to Southernmost Point or to Sloppy Joe’s. Or to avoid the crowds, a half block to Simonton.

The breakfast is very basic. Bagel, peanut butter, yogurt, plus make-your-own Mimosa. We ate here on day and walked over to Cuban Queen Coffee the other days.

The location of the hotel was perfect to get to everything downtown just by walking. The breakfast was amazing, in such a small space in the lobby they had very nice variety for breakfast. Not just cereal and bagels, they also had french toast, waffles, fruit, eggs, muffins, juice and coffee.

The rooms were a bit small, but we were not in it much. And even though they were small they had everything we needed. The outside garden and pool area were very nice to sit with plenty of space if it was not so hot.

We loved the location of the Duval Inn. It was central to most everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The courtyard was so charming with a pool & places to sit, hang out and enjoy the day or evening. The room was beautiful and larger than expected. Plenty of places to place belonging. Room air conditioner and ceiling fan. Beautiful bathroom and walk in shower. That had room For toiletries. Which is rare. Close to places to eat and drink. The lady at the desk was extremely nice and helpful.

The lady for check in and check out was very nice, and pleasant. I had only a short interaction with her however. The room and bathroom was very clean, but VERY small. The room was appointed well with two pack of cookies as a snack. The bedding and decor was nice. The bathroom was nice, clean and had a cabinet which allowed us space to lay out our items (yes, this has been an issue recently in other stays). The lobby where the continental breakfast was laid out was very small, but the items serve were sufficient. We very much appreciated the FREE parking, even though it was one block away. We still had to walk for fear there may not be an easily accessible spot had we moved our car, but truly, we didn't need to drive considering how close we were to Duval St.

The hotel can't control this, but this is just for you to realize you are VERY close to Duval St. and that there were two bars directly across from our room. It was noisy. Surprisingly, once the bars closed, even over the AC unit running, I could hear the man in the room in back of ours snoring. Again, I doubt the hotel can control this, and it didn't seem like there were thin walls, but this annoyed me more than anything. Perhaps the hotel could offer two sets of earplugs in each room? I ended up putting kleenex wads in my ears to block out his snoring. Again, the room was small. It held a queen bed, but there was little room around it to navigate. Not horrible, but just be aware.

The breakfast was surprisingly detailed. It included a sparkling white wine to make mimosas and actual plates and utensils. They had wine glasses available to take in the room. Overall breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the location right of Duval. Additionally, the pool courtyard was relaxing.

There was a strong musty odor upon entering the hallway and the room. Very unpleasant. It must have been from previous flooding in the walls. The rooms are very small. Not ideal for a long stay but will definitely work if your exploring all day and just sleeping there at night.

I visited the Florida Keys many other times, but this was my first time staying in Old Town Key West on Duval. The room was exceptional! Staff was friendly helpful and very accommodating. Pool and garden was relaxing and enjoyable. I would hands down stay here again. The location was perfect, I walked everywhere and traveling solo felt safe even at night. I really enjoyed staying in the heart of the Old Town Key West and this hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and luxurious. very clean and comfortable.

There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel, my stay and the area / location PERFECTION!

Fantastic location for getting out and about to explore the hub of Key West. We could walk to wherever we needed, for shops, bars, restaurants and to see the sunsets. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if we happen to visit Key West again.

The size of the room was smaller than expected, but it was fine for a short stay and we were out and about a lot.
