The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building. Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine. You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for. We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail. Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing.

Everything was great, but when I asked for an extra bathroom because there was only one bathroom in our room, unfortunately, they promised to provide it, but never did

Firstly greeted by the very friendly valet staff who took care of the car for us. The hotel lobby is beautifully done, the building entrance is shared so the concierge was happy to point us to the second floor to the hotel reception. The food voucher and free drinks voucher is a nice touch when checking in. We used both during our staff. The area is great. So many restaurants and bars around. The pool area is great with an amazing sun set view.

I loved the location, there is so much nearby within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, my room was spacious. Room service food was very good. Loved all the extras that are included with the resort fee.

The elevators were a little inconvenient for transporting our luggage. We had to take the elevator down to the second floor lobby and then find the elevator that goes down to street level. My room was nice and spacious but I found it to have a musty smell, not sure if this is to be expected for Florida or it was just my room. Also, the AC didn’t work as well as I would expect for Florida. I found my room to be warmer than I would like but it wasn’t terrible.

One word - perfect! This is probably one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at. What stands out most is the amazing staff that makes you truly feel welcome and look after your every needs. A big thank you to the team at the Colonnade. The rooms where super comfy and very spacious. They were well appointed and also the location is fantastic with a lot of great shops, restaurants and bars around. All around a fantastic stay.

Communication with the hotel was excellent. Leo at the front desk went above and beyond to allow us access to our room before 4. He was very courteous and remembered who we were upon checking in. Thank you.

Honestly, everything was beautiful. I loved this hotel’s decor and little touches. It had depth and wasn’t the standard “vanilla” hotel.

The room was a good size accept that the hot water was a problem in the room. We tried the beakfast with the vouchers but would not recommend to eat there again. The location was very good as we used taxis as a way to get around in Miami as the parking works out expensive.

We wanted a place for a couple of days in Miami nearish to the airport. This was fantastic. the neighbourhood is absolutely great for exploring and access to places of interest like Little havana. Very comfortable room, good bed, friendly staff.

staff were the friendliness I’ve seen, and helped us so much. I didn’t get their names but amazing staff! great rooms and views.

check in was hard because our flight delayed we didn’t get to hotel until 12am and our room was cancelled. I really wish hotels would accommodate for things we can’t control. but staff helped us immediately and gave us free breakfast for every day we were there so in my eyes that was fixed and taken care of perfectly.

Location was excellent, hotel room was spacious. Free beverage and food credit coupons were great. 2 complaints - the bathrooms have no exhaust fans and the fire alarm had a glitch and went off all morning (causing mayhem). Otherwise we really liked this hotel. Good value for the cost.

The description about the number of beds is confusing. The loft in total has three beds. One king bed on the main floor and a bunk bed with one twin on the top and one full at the bottom on the loft.
