The bed was good, the restaurant was good and the staff were great. good location and I liked the option to get a shuttle to the cruise port.

Nothing bad to say.

The room was larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room featured two sinks—one inside the bathroom and another just outside—which was greatly appreciated, especially when accommodating multiple people. The television had excellent picture quality.

The only downside was that the facilities appeared slightly outdated, though nothing too significant. This was most noticeable in the elevator area, where only one of the two elevators was operational.

Good facilities

The person answering our emails was a bit rude and not really helpful. Otherwise i would have given the hotel a 10. They asked us to call the hotel when we were ready for airport pickup. We asked for an alternative as we only had data in our esim. They were sharp and did not give us any alternative. We ended up taking a taxi. We just found out their shuttle goes to the airport every half an hour, knowing this would have solved our problem and saved us the taxi money

Beautiful

The room was clean the people that work there treat you like yr family great hospitality every was beautiful I would rent for this hotel any time words can explain how beautiful the people are in this hotel they are amazing. The food was awesome.

Only stayed one day, but we found the hotel to be in a good location close to the airport with quite a few places to eat in close proximity. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with and room was clean and comfortable. Hotel does have a restaurant but we did not eat there as we needed to catch a 6am flight.

Not much I did not like, a pleasant experience in total.

Excellent facility, staff and overall experience. The location is close to the cruise ports and scheduling hotel transfer to Port Miami was very easy and convenient.

Our only quibble was that the on-site restaurant was a total hit and miss. Dinner choices was average and edible, but breakfast was not gif at all and prices to match.

Good option, if you want to stay close to the airport. The hotel has a little shop with the most important items for a short stay. A supermarket is in walking distance. Reception staff was very friendly. We did not book breakfast, so can't comment about that. The room was sufficiently good for a one-night-stay between airport and cruise terminal. The value for money is good, and I would book this again, if the same need would come up in the future.

Location was perfect. AC was working perfectly, parking was good this time because it wasn't that crowded. Bed sheets were clean this time (no weird hairs) and pillow were super comfortable this time as well (last time they were rock hard)

On the last night, house keeping person eft only one towel for us to dry after shower, and did not refilled the coffee cups or napkin/sugar packs we used the day before. Also, The lady at the front desk the morning we checked out was a bit sour. The first thing she said was "yes?" when we approached her. No good morning or thank you, and with a straight face all the time. I had to go back to the room because we forgot our charger and when I saw her again, she was arguing with 2 customer about the change she had to give them, and when it was my turn she said "yes?" again, and I think she wasn't too happy about having to reactivate the room key.

Quiet, clean and very comfortable hotel in proximity to MIA airport. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM and the restaurant was able to accommodate a last minute order—the poke bowl was pretty good for a hotel restaurant!

The shuttle online was advertised as running both in the morning and evening. However, when I got to the hotel that evening they informed me that there is no shuttle service in the mornings. The Uber to MIA at 5am on a weekday was about $10, but it would have been nice to know before booking this hotel as many others in the area offer the same service for cheaper rooms.

Very well maintained facility. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like being charged an additional fifteen dollars for parking my car at the hotel's parking lot. It is an unnecessary money grab since I have no choice of refusing.
