Location is excellent! Beautiful property, Our first trip to Miami, traveling alone with my 2 daughters to attend the Taylor Swift Concert. Finding a safe location was a priority. We felt very safe. Had a 12th floor with view of the pool. Quiet room, beds were so comfy. The entire staff was outstanding. Placed an order from Costco & Door Dash, it was immediately sent up. Anytime we needed anything they were at our door in mins. Needed a blouse cleaned, I dropped it off a the front desk , was gone for the day, when we got back my blouse was cleaned & hanging in the closet. The in house restaurant The Americana Kitchen was outstanding! We tried a little of everything! This place exceeded my expectations!! Thank you so much for treating us like royalty! ☺️

I really liked the hotel in general, it has a nice business ambiance and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The area is very modern and is nice to walk around. There are a few grocery stores nearby and several coffee shops & restaurants. They also managed to let me check in early, which was great after taking a long flight.

The location is a bit far from Brickell, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach, and traffic can delay your journey significantly. A few minor improvements like disposable slippers in the bedroom would have been appreciated. I also wanted to rent one of the bicycles outside the hotel but couldn't register on the app with a non-US number. Not the hotel's fault, but a note to resolve for future guests.

Great location with plenty nearby to do including shopping, dining, bars, entertainment. The hotel itself was beautiful! The restaurant and bar on site was excellent, though I found the cocktail prices a bit on the high side (not unusual for upscale bars in the area). Rooms were very spacious with nice accomodations, a super comfy bed, and our room, 1131, had sweeping views of the 305 downtown area. Must shout out to the valet staff, among the most coordinated and friendliest I've ever experienced at a hotel!

The staff was great and the entire facility is clean from the lobby to the room.

Wished the pool was ground level because of heavy wind.

Despite having pre-paid for my stay through Booking, the hotel automatically charged my card (pending) everyday which by the checkout time exceeded the pre-paid amount. While I understand it’s a pending charge it does ultimately use up my potential credit limit. This in my view is totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Equivalent to a double dipping security which is unreasonable.

The location, the room and super comfortable bed. The architecture of the hotel and the area around. The neighborhood, is safe and very clean. Good restaurants around the corner.

Top Hotel but also expensive

The pool was amazing! The location was phenomenal for what we needed. Dry cleaning services were prompt and the food was all phenomenal!

There was a high profile event at the hotel, which made the staff a little more strict and less warm every time we would enter.

Location, decor, room size, furnishings, how friendly and attentive the staff is. This will be my hotel for Miami trips from now on.

The only thing I can think of to be improved is pillows. Way too tall. Should at least have a couple of options to relieve neck pain.

Location is fabulous and the development has been done incredibly well (aside from the fact you had to build around a small house!). Pool area and staff are fantastic. We missed having the DJ this Saturday who had been there on a previous Saturday when we went

Nothing really. updated breakfast menu is very good. Feels slightly pricey but unfortunately that's Miami generally so it's in line for quality of offering

Anyone visiting South Miami should stay there. Still if you need to go downtown, the Coral Gables Lowes is very close as well. The staff is friendly and efficient. The Hotel is very new and the rooms are big and comfortable. I always enjoy staying there and do recommend it to anyone!
