Sonder The Deco is half a block of small buildings with rooms distributed all long this block. In the first building you will find the reception and right outside is the swimming pool which receives sun light throughout the day. The festive ambience is amazing and despite being just near the nightlife of South Beach you will not hear the noise from those venues. Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable and all the furniture was u to date and well decorated. Inside the wardrobe you will find other amenities as iron and a board, coffee maker, kettle and a small fridge. A sticker placed in the room reminds that if you need any cleaning you must book in advance thru their own app. Hats off to all staff at the reception! They were simple amazing, extremely helpful and always there to assist you.

I believe check in time should be brought to 03PM as other hotels in the area applies this time. 04PM as check in time is a bit late specially when check out is up to 11AM. My only complain was the amount of noise the old A/C installed in the rooms make. As it's impossible to sleep without the A/C on you will need to have a pair of earplugs otherwise it will be very hard to sleep. Upon my check out I came to know that not all rooms are the same, some of them have central A/C which doesn't make any noise at all.

The property was very clean, it was a good location, right across the street from the police station, which was good because it was spring break.

We didn’t like that there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes, just a small closet that had some hangers, which also had the coffee pot, the mini fridge and a safe. We also didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have any counter space so no where to put anything. They could have had some shelving at least above the toilet where there was room for it. Also the shower didn’t have anywhere to put things either. It had 3 holders where they had shampoo conditioner and soap in bottles, but I bring my own stuff, so it would be nice to have somewhere to put it.

We had view of garbage dumpsters and were awakened every morning by garbage trucks or staff talking loudly outside our door from 7:30-8:30. I do t like there is nothing extra , no cleaning rooms entire week unless you pay extra no early check in .. just a basic room no water nothing . Baruch decor dirty hallway no vacuuming all week . The outside was not tidy needs more love snd considering it's new needs better maintenance

Although the outdoor area was under renovation, it still maintained a charming and inviting atmosphere that truly made us feel like we were on vacation. However, the one downside was the parking situation. It was quite inconvenient and something my husband and I found frustrating. Overall, if you're looking for a place with a prime location and a cozy stay, this hotel is a great choice, provided you plan ahead for parking.

Perfect location for South Beach. Pool & outside space. Very clean and in good order.

Disappointing view from our only window, overlooking laundry bins etc. Poor tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The water station was in a separate building and was just a water cooler.

Great location. Comfy bed and spacious room. Friendly security guard named Ronny. The best restaurant, Limoncello, is situated about a 6mins walk from the hotel. Amazing food and service. Nice that guests can restock from main building if they need more toilet paper, soap, etc. pool towels are offered too with your stay.

Very, very small food. Expensive food at the hotel and not freshly made. Frozen food warmed. Expensive happy hour drinks. There is no pass code or key card to enter the property, so anyone can walk off the street and walk around the property, use the pool, walk into any of the guest stays. Only pass code used to enter your room. Smoking and vaping not permitted in the property but ppl were seen many times vaping around the pool and lounging areas. Annoying toiletry bottles, hard to pump in the holder. Frosted glass in the bathroom window keeps the room bright at night. Very overpriced stay and no drink or breakfast included.

The hotel is great. The room is spacious and the facilities are amazing. The swimming pool and common area are the biggest differences of this hotel.

For some unknown reason I didn't count on room service even one day, which made me a little uncomfortable.

Great location with nice American diner opposite, plenty of towels so no need for staff entering your room every day. Lovely decorated room and comfy bed.

Was put off in the beginning with the facial recognition/ photo they requested but managed to deal with this by presenting my passport on arrival. A lot was focused around using a smart phone, even to watch TV, if you don't have a smart phone then things are limited. Glad they had kettles in the room but spoiled it by having paper cups.

Great location, hotel inside 4 art deco buildings. Nice pool. Breakfast was good- not included in price. Rooms are small but nicely decorated. Would stay again

Location on main street of Miami Beach, near to bus stations and walking distance from restaurants, shops and beach. The hotel rooms are clean. The pool area was looking fine and it also has a big terrace with chairs and tables to relax. And a gym.

The window of the room wont open, so if you need fresh air, you will have to open the main door and stay like this to refresh the room. As there are no opening windows, in the room is a slight mold smell. This was the main downpoint to us. The housekeeping service must be booked, it is not granted every day as in other hotels.
