From the moment we entered the hotel, everyone who greeted us, including the staff at the reception, was extremely helpful and informative, always ready to assist. Everyone, including the staff in the hotel's restaurant, was open to conversation and explanations and was very friendly. The size, spaciousness, and cleanliness of the room were all very good. The way the curtains darkened the room at night and the overall comfort were truly satisfying. The location and appearance of the hotel were truly impressive. It was an accommodation I could recommend to everyone. Thank you for everything.

Everything is wonderful

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. I looked through many reviews and am happy that I chose the Marlin. The location is perfect and is one block from the beach near all of the festivities of Ocean Drive. There were many restaurants to choose from and small supermarkets to buy snacks and things for my kids. The hotel looks new and is well decorated. I loved the decor. The room was clean, modern and spacious (we had a deluxe suite). Even though the second bed was a pull out sofa, it was set up for us when we arrived and it was actually very comfortable for my kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The umbrella and chairs we received for the beach were helpful. we also had a beach bag and towels from the hotel that are in the room (and extra beach towels upon request). I had read in other reviews where people complained about the free breakfast. It is a continental breakfast with bagels, bread (that you can toast), fruit, muffins, pastries, yogurt...there are also boiled eggs (request how you want them). There was juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets, instant oatmeal and cereal. I thought the breakfast was sufficient and was satisfying. If you want a full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, omelette , bacon, sausage, etc. then you need to go out somewhere. I highly recommend this hotel and will love to stay there again.

Beautiful room and great location. Loved that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas.

We booked this hotel as it included breakfast but on checking in we were told this was no longer included. This was very disappointing as it was a big factor in why we chose this hotel.

Fabulous sized rooms, Nespresso machine in room, excellent location, excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor.

Breakfast was not to the standard you expect from a hotel like this. Not much choice and sometimes no fruit available, coffee machine was broken one morning. Breakfast definitely needs improving.

The rooms are a good size, location was perfect, the rooms are so clean.

I would have preferred a better discount at the positano restaurant for guests that stay in the hotel.

I didnt understand what is the resort fee they charge extra. Other hotels provide chairs on the beach.but what does Marlin provide? They susbt explain at check in. It felt just extra fee for nothing. Bed was not comfortable at all. Breakfast is poor.

amazing location and beautiful building

I paid for a room on the 3rd floor. the best for view and least noise. I got a room on the second floor facing an alley.

Staff was very helpful! Especially the blond hair lady working reception exceeded my expectations. The Italian restaurant at the entrance provided delicious food and the service was excellent. Evan, from Argentina, was multilingual and always had a big smile as he served us. My guest was from Milan, Italy, and he enjoyed the food as well. Also on New Years Eve we had a bottle of Prosecco and a card from the hotel thanking us for our visit. The close proximity to the beach was perfect.

Internet service was spotty and when departing the hotel we were unable to connect to Uber and had to resort to a taxi which was more than twice as expensive than Uber.
