Upon arrival the staff helped with luggage as well as opened doors for us throughout the entire stay, very kind staff from the front desk to housekeeping everyone was amazing and very helpful. Our room was a double queen with balcony and it was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable, housekeeping kept everything stocked including changing the robes when they cleaned the rooms. Staff was very welcoming at all hours including when we r would come in a little later. this was a 5 day/4 night stay and I will absolutely be returning here when I come back to Miami.

No cons. It was perfect it is a 25-30 minute drive from south beach so keep that in mind when booking.

The property is very nice and very clean. I saw people cleaning the facility day and night. There’s a variety of areas on the property to relax and read or just take in the beauty. The property is about 4-5 blocks from the beach. Parking is valet on-site. The pool area is very nice. sound proofing of the rooms is very good. However, what really sets this hotel apart from its competitors is the customer service. The front desk staff is exceptional, like truly exceptional. They work to accommodate any request. Lavender and Avita were amazing. Luis was also a friendly and caring staff member. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

There were no waterfront rooms with two beds. All the nicer rooms have a single king bed and a couch with a pull out bed. So if you’re a couple traveling with adult children or a grandparent and want two proper beds, you’ll have a room facing the street. Also, I think it’s helpful to point out that the hotel is geared to the orthodox Jewish community. There’s Jewish services on-site and Kosher/Israeli breakfast. However, non-Jewish guests stay there as well so don’t be put off by something a little different. Personally, I loved the eclectic cultural experience.

The view, rooftop experience, beautiful room, quiet, staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

The room we initially booked had a bad smell, not very clean, the key to our room didn't work, the doors wouldn't lock, it was alot of back and forth, waiting and frustration. However, Daniela and Charnae turn our experience into an ABSOLUTE AMAZING one. I will never forget it!! GREAT customer service experience!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Clean, well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, breakfast is very satisfying, no need to have lunch!

Just some constructive criticism/feedback - not complaints… Dining area doesn’t have enough capacity for peak times at breakfast, sometimes had to wait for a table to be free, this could perhaps be solved by opening up the dining area to the adjacent outside sitting area, the weather is usually pleasant enough for people to eat there. Staff in the dining area are very helpful but are often in the way of guests trying to get to the buffet as the space is a bit tight. Room had a coffee machine but would be nice to have a regular kettle just to boil hot water (we needed it for baby bottles).

Location. Access to the beach; amenities provided to/fm beach (shuttle; chairs and umbrella at the beach).

Traffic was heavy going to and from different parts of the city (Brickell, U of Miami).

On the whole a great hotel. We did move rooms because of noise in the first room on arrival and then requested to move to another through a very accommodating staff member. The breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed the pool area. We liked that the hotel was perfect in accommodating Sabbath. We enjoyed the beach where the hotel offers a shuttle.

Great location, beautiful view from the property + rooftop. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room was modern and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel's private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

It was a bit dirty in the bathroom next to the restaurant. Our balcony was a bit dirty too. They should take better care of the cleanliness. Also, we were charged $60 for a left towel hanging on our balcony for like 15 minutes. The hotel charged me without any email or information, if I didn't check my bank statement, I wouldn't know.

I loved the beds, the breakfast was included. Staff was incredibly kind to me.

It was bit far from restaurants and an Uber to lots of spots. Hard to walk that far. They follow Shabbat rules so certain days the restaurant and facilities are limited. It wasn’t stated on their website and would have been good to know before booking. The rooms with adjoining rooms are noisy and you can hear their conversations.

the staff Eddie at front desk was such a gentleman, cordial, polite and helpful! he knew so much about Shabbat rules which we really appreciated!! just a pleasure to talk with him!! also Anita on Shabbat was so graceful and so helpful and sweet!! and the other young girl that was there on Shabbat at front desk. I didn’t get her name but so sweet and her smile can light up the world! exceptional staff and super professional!! they make a difference in having a good experience at the hotel! I would totally recommend the hotel! ❤️

would be nice to have shower caps, better shampoo, conditioner and body wash.it should have a better smell and be of better quality. would be nice to have have hand cream. cleaning staff should always make sure to look under sink to empty out trash. also maybe have dishwashing soup to clean coffee cups. have Shabbat itinerary given at front desk to let guests know when or who to order Shabbat meals with. I didn’t know until I checked Friday morning if I could order Shabbat meals and than was told that I needed to order by Thursday at noon. would be nice if guests were informed. parking should be cheaper. otherwise we were very pleased with your hotel!!
