The rooms are spacious and of high quality. The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable. The quality of what is provided during breakfast and after the breakfast is really good. Some extras provided by the hotel are very welcome (for example a glass of wine between 5pm and 8pm).

No clothes hangers were provided, the carpet from the two rooms were very dirty and if you walked barefoot just a few steps your feet would get very dirty. The breakfast is OK for the price but the variety could be better. The quality of what is provided is really very good however. Whilst showering the bathroom gets very wet because the glass protection/division is not very large and water spills out of the shower compartment. Parking is complimentary at 15usd per day.

YES YES YES YES YES !!! WHAT A FABULOUS STAY !! With lovely staff setting the mood right from arrival time this is a beautifully presented and immaculately furnished stunner with art and design factors of a very high four bordering five star hotel The staff are super professional and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is top priority all the way ..It's a classy area not too far from the beach and has parking at 15 USD per 24 hrs , The breakfast is a little light but sets you up for a healthy morning start and there is free fruit juices and water all day . Aswell there are some great fresh wines by the glass on the house between five and six pm unlimited so o steady !! The rooms are fresh immaculate and elegant The bed is the most comfortable bed ever and the bedding is luxurious .It has a designer bathroom ,fab Aircon , top coffee machine , Aircon , all is top end at low prices I travel a lot and can totally recommend this well priced bargain Grab it while you can. Gracias amigos!

The last hotel I stayed in

I love the property it was beautifully kept, clean and well decorated. It gave a very welcoming and comfortable feeling.

Early morning noises. Being an ICU nurse I’m trained to listen for sounds alarms and noises so, every little or loud noise made during breakfast set up woke me up. I will come back but will request a room further away from the breakfast nook. other than that I enjoyed everything and loved the hotel and staff.

The property was very clean and tidy and the room was spacious. Towels, linen and toiletries were provided which was great if you were travelling with hand luggage only. There was unlimited tea, coffee, water and fruit which was brilliant and you could take your own food into the room to eat too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even provided you with beach towels upon request. Breakfast was simple which was fine by us and saved you having to look for somewhere to eat including the expense.

My view is that this location is ideal for those who want access to the Haulover inlet which is either a good 20minute walk each way or a short ride on the 120 bus. The 120 bus does run to South Beach which is easily accessible via a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

This hotel represents great value for money, considering the surroundings and other hotels in the locality it offers a great package. The staff honestly could not have been more accommodating from my arrival until I left and in a very genuine way rather than the overly familiar way one can suffer in US hospitality. The room was big and clean. Parking worked really well for me though what happens if one does happen to get a space is a question!

I see what they're trying to do with the breakfast, offer a budget meal at the start of the day which it does and would not have stayed if there was not a breakfast option but it needs a little more; may be some cheeses / meats / etc to go with the beigels and some cake type things, would have made me feel a bit less disappointed with it?

I liked the quiet location but still close enough to beach, shops and restaurants. The room was quite spacious and a ceiling fan to keep us cool in the night so we didn’t have to use the air conditioner. We stayed there 3 times during 2 weeks and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Especially Kaleane took good care of everyone, and that we felt home away from home. Free fruit and hot beverages was available 24/7 and free wine “happy hour” in the afternoon.

It would help to change the lamp in the staircase to get some more light.

Clair made this trip exceptionally wonderful, I arrived with family business to take care of . She was truly is the most kindest human I have ever met. I believe we will be friends in the future. I now have a place that I can return to with ease. Thank you for the home away from home. Absolutely loved the location. Palm restaurant was also amazing.. see you Claire in another month or so.. 😘

Everything was perfect

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. All front-desk employee's were excellent, very helpful, nice and respectful. The breakfast is complimentary and its a continental breakfast including: cereal, yogurt, coffee/tea, toasts, croissants, jam and butter, apples and bananas. Great breakfast/lunch place right next door - Pura Vida. We would stay there again.

Would be great to have swimming pool, iron and ironing board in the room and extra towels in the room.

The area is nice, safe and very quiet. If after whole day of tanning and swimming you want to relax, this is perfect spot. Nothing bothers you, the rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are specious.

The breakfast although it is included in the price which is very nice, it is very small and non-diverse so to actually eat something for long day at the beach, after this breakfast we had to go to supermarket and buy actual food.
