We loved the accommodations but the staff was amazing. The breakfasts every morning we had were so good. Misty made the best omelets and Aloni (spelling??) and Katia were the best A-team with her serving up wonderful breakfasts. Than there was Jeff that kept the tables clean so efficiently and so kind. We also had dinner a few times with the happy hr and Lynn always made sure we were taken care of. All very kind and attentive. I am hoping I have the names correct and there were many more that helped us and never got names. But when you stay as long as we did 10 days we really appreciated the wonderful service. We definitely will be trying to go back as we enjoyed it so very much. I would love to have this forwarded to the staff as I don't feel they always get the recognition they deserve. There was my husband, son and sister so the four of us. Many days at amusement parks and they made it so much better.

Location is walking distance from bars and restaurants and from Lake Eola. It is also short uber to Uinveral, Sea World and the outlet if you want to go shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check In and check out was smooth and flexible. The bed and pillows are comfy. Definitely will be my go to when I'm in Orlando.

It's really not a big deal but the fact that they don't give you water every day. They only give you at check-in. Some staff are nice enough to offer, though.

Location was good. We ate dinner at the bar and that was good. staff was courteous. The room was clean. Breakfast was great.

My only complaint was that I found the room to be musty/humid. I am not sure if the air conditioner was working properly or not. Althought the room was a comfortable temperature, it should have been colder when I turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees. We did not spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep and when we got in and unpacked we did not want to move all of our things and request another room. So we just dealt with it. I did tell the staff when I checked out.

Free drinks 5.30 to 7.30pm every night (and a few bites) - lovely, great location to the lake and downtown and church street. Also quick walk to the Kia Centre so even better. Easy going laid back hotel - excellent. The breakfast was also good with an omlette counter - all you needed TBH and again included.

Late check out inclusive would have been great. Also the lift situation wasnt great but not complaining

The amenities could be updated, especially the room. Some things are broken, paint is chipped in many spots. Also, the cleaning was not always good. There was a piece of pop-corn in front of our door, and it was there during our whole stay, which was a full week. Could be better for the price we paid.

The staff were wonderful. We were there for one night for the Orlando half marathon and upon hearing this, the lady at reception told us she’d give us a late check out. The rooms were a great size and the laundry room was very handy. Ideal location for lake Eola too.

The hotel is being down up so the biggest issue we had was the very slow elevator. This would not be a standard issue.

Dane at the desk was so helpful and friendly!!! He helped us so much with ideas where to eat and go around the area and so so nice. The gentleman cleaning up after breakfast were super nice and friendly.

The 2 guys serving breakfast were rude and acted like everyone was bothering them. I am a morning person and they ruined it with their negative attitudes and had no manners at all. We all said good morning and thank you so much and they didn't even respond. When we asked for an omelet, the guy rolled his eyes and snatched the frying pan like he expected to just stand there and not have to work all morning.

Everything was amazing. The rooms where clean and spacious with a living room and a room with a pretty view of downtown. Loved the facility with a beautiful bar area in the middle. Great food by the way as well. I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool but I can imagine it was amazing… going off everything else being awesome.

The only thing I would say is get some felling fans in the bedrooms. I sleep with a fan every night so it was pretty difficult to sleep without one and with the AC being locked at 65 degrees.

Very friendly staff! Great location for what we were doing and where we were going! Clean! Did not get to go to the complimentary happy hour, but the breakfast was stellar!

My only complaint is not about the property, but the parking that they partner with. I purchased a parking pass to use through the extent of my stay, but at my checkout day (at 8:15 in the morning- way before checkout time) the lot wanted to charge me full price to leave the lot. They were very rude and condescending. The car behind me experienced the same argumentative experience, so I gave to assume this happens regularly. This needs to be addressed.

I was totally impressed with the breakfast FINALLY we enjoy it; plenty space to seat and enjoy the meal. Super happy with the location. Spacious room.

Complicated paper for the parking garage, we had a rainy weekend so we will get wet and the car as well :(
