Carlos is an extremely kind and dedicated employee. He made me feel comfortable and safe. I want nothing but everything good for him. If the hotel does read this review, please give him a raise and treat him to lunch. He is a staff member that you want to retain, so please compensate him well. Saying this as a former manager with a fortune 500 company, now clinical therapist. This is an excellent hotel to stay at for both short and long term trips, with close proximity to the airport and many shops.

No breakfast. I think I paid but didn't get to enjoy it. I came downstairs at 6:30 AM and the area was roped off and it didn't look like there was any food available, so I just took the shuttle and went back to the airport for my flight. Would have liked to try breakfast.

We were displaced from a canceled flight, and this was the first hotel that we found that had shuttle service from Orlando MCO. The evening shuttle driver Abram was beyond fantastic and so very kind, we have 4 small children and we had been traveling stuck in an airport for over 12 hours that day, and he was so helpful! The hotel was clean and they all had amazing and professional presentation.. Kay on the night shift 3/27 into 3/28 and Yasmine 3/28 during the dayshift were so kind, efficient, helpful and helped us! The food at the breakfast buffet was really very good and as a family of 6, displaced on a canceled flight without any help from the airlines, having the kids 11 and under eat free with an adult meal was so financially helpful!

Very Nice hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly, s/o to the shuttle driver he was so nice. The hotel room was nice, they provide “Dove/Suave” soap, conditioner, shampoo and body lotion.

We didn’t get the room that was on the picture on booking.com and we had to do the sofa bed ourselves which kinda sucks but ok. And also the pool view was sh*tty if I may as the only thing we were seeing was trees and a dot of water from far away. And to get the shuttle to pick you up, good luck if you don’t have an American phone number as you can only call them to get it, they don’t really answer messages on booking :/

Location was perfect. Free shuttle service was convenient (tips are highly encouraged). Customer service was good: originally given the wrong room, but it was quickly fixed.

Breakfast was $15.99/adult. Our door was extremely difficult to open. Sofa bed was clearly not recently cleaned. Not enough linens or towels.

Very friendly and welcoming staff-starting with Ed the shuttle van driver. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my dinner and the waiter was very friendly.

The Wi-Fi is a a bit slow. I had to do some work online and uploads were sluggish, but I got my work done.

Stayed here late one night to be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. Receptionist was delightful, very helpful and cheerful for it being later in the evening. The room was nicely decorated and the bed ... so comfy. Some parts of the hotel are a little worn and our bedroom door stuck a little when we tried to open it but the good points def make up for a little wear and tear.

Room was nice and really clean, receptionist very efficient and helpful in answering questions I had. Transportation from and to airport was great. Driver named EDWIN very polite and helpful.

Lobby air was out causing the event that I was attending that there to be rescheduled at another location which defeated the purpose of staying at that location.

Breakfast was Good. Great pool and Great Bartender Kenny.. Staff was Awesome and Very Polite. Clean Rooms and Close to other activities. We Have been all Over the Country and We Loved this Place. The Shuttle Driver was Awesome...Nice Place to Stay. Thank You to the Staff. They were All Incredible.

Your Dryer in the Facilities didn't Work. Couldn't do Any Laundry. Bummed us Out.

Staff very helpful. We booked one night to make an late flight and it it worked perfectly, shuttle bu was great. Very good location for both airport and local eateries.
