Bagel breakfast is difficult if staying more than a day or two. Comparatively, breakfast options are much better in others in the same range. It's not impressive from Hilton. No oven or coffee machine in the room, The bathroom lock was outside in room 430. I'm not sure who did the quality check. The person using the toilet can't lock the door, and accidently, if a kid or some one lock the door from outside, imagine the difficult situation.

The facilities look decent and clean. The king bed was perfect for us and very comfortable. The hot water was instantly available when we wanted it. Tv worked fine and had a good selection of live tv channels. The location was close enough to the most important locations so the Uber was not that pricey.

The filtered water station could use some cleaning or replacing. Breakfast I would love it more if it was american and not continental due to it having just a few options and were the same everyday. An ice machine would also be appreciated and if there was one it was never offered to us. Toilets could be more modern or at least flush faster.

The hotel was perfectly located for our visits to the parks. With the shuttle service to both Universal and Disney, it was perfect. Also, the continental breakfast had good, basic options to start the day.

The shuttle service is not always on time - so keep it in mind! We were visiting Disney Animal Kingdom park on our 2nd day which required 2 additional buses from the initial shuttle (one to a hotel resort, and then to Animal Kingdom). It was easy to do, but something to consider if you are expecting a drop off at the park directly.

I loved how comfortable the beds were and the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. Staff was very friendly and offered to make my husband coffee. There was no bad odor in the rooms, hallway or elevators. We enjoyed ourselves and got the rest we were looking for.

The breakfast could be better and the refrigerator could be bigger. I had to rearrange 2 ziplock bags of melon in order to close the door of the mini refrigerator and the toilets could be taller. Toilets are too short!! You in a low squatted position by the time you touch the seat. If you have bad knees, you will be in trouble getting up . Other than that, the room was excellent and the stay was Great !! Although the beds were comfortable, one of them made a squeaky sound when you set on the bed. We will return for another stay

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week and the experience was excellent. The staff’s attention was outstanding; always very attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and they offer daily housekeeping service with clean towels every day. The breakfast is basic, with a variety of bagels and cereals, but everything is very clean. Additionally, they have a coffee station available all day, and the coffee is delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Hotel was good for the price. Breakfasts were included, bagels style, but good anyways. There is a coffee areas 24/7, vending machines if you need it. I like that there was a laundry room on the floor which was very convenient.

This minus is more to the time when we traveled, not to the hotel. Area was closed for walking in a lot places. There were reconstruction of some streets and building, which was harder for us to walk around.

Breakfast was well presented by the lovely Lady I meet everyday there. She was very friendly and helpful 👍😀 One suggestion though, remove those icing sugar dusted donuts and put bagels instead.

There was no mention on the Website about Construction being done during people’s visits. I understand that the Hotel is under New Ownership. Unfortunately I have allergies, the dust and noise gave me headaches. This was not the first time experience I was hoping for. I was hoping that this would have been taken into consideration by management, that not all your guests would appreciate this kind of initial experience. Doing this renovations on a weekend might have been better.

Most things that I like was the treatment that we received. the lady’s that cleans the room Martha. And the other lady wish I remember her name. We’re very, politely humbled always clean the room. Front Desk Jeannette wow never forget how helpful she was. Unfortunately the air conditioning had a leak. I wet to told Jeanette and she very kid change us to a beautiful extraordinary and generous suite. Of course we loved it.. but we did not take it ,, for certain health reasons. But we would liked to stay. Then she gave us the opportunity , and option to choose two rooms that were available thank you Jeanette.. we appreciate super grateful.

The hallway to the room the walls carpets and door needs replaced. Sadly we don’t know what reason had happen in the cafeteria. The first two day had a awesome delicious breakfast buffet.then until the day we left. There was only not even continental breakfast.Hopefully whatever the reason they have been going through they recover soon . On the other hand we could see two ladies whose took advantage and abused. They were taking lot of food. Putting them in bags that they bring and filled themselves to the room every single day shame on them. This should be prohibited.

Thank you Amanda and your team for such great attention during the transition. I'm honestly going to miss the friendly faces at the hotel. You all have made me feel so welcome every time I stay with you! Brian and Jackie are my go to people and are always so kind and happy to help!!! Thanks for your attention to service and detail. The newer people at the front desk are very nice as well. Thanks to the breakfast staff for always being so kind. They deal with a lot including messy tourists who leave their paper plates and cups all over the place and keep it clean. Thank you to Heidi and your housekeeping team for always doing a great job at keeping things tidy and the beds fresh. All of my various stays on and off probably total 45 days. It's been a pleasure and it's the best affordable hotel in the area. Check out the pool area. It's been renovated and book a suite. The king suites are very comfortable. Thank you all!!!

Thanks so much to the staff for all your attention! I am always in the area on business working in the hotel industry. I wanted something affordable and not affiliated with my brand so that I could disconnect from work. Bryan made me feel so welcome upon checkin, is kind and professional. Jackie is my daytime go to girl and I look forward to seeing her in the morning. She always helps me with everything I need. Thank you so much! Amanda is the Assistant manager and has accommodated me with my polite requests(And I can be a pain because I have high expectations so thank you so much). This is by far the best budget hotel in the area that offers a free hot breakfast with your standard eggs and waffles as well as a great little pool. Thank you to the tireless breakfast buffet girls who constantly have to clean up after sloppy commercial tourists. Sometimes it's cheaper to book here than at hotels that offer far less yet much safer especially at night thanks to Joey who is strict and no nonsense.The housekeepers are great. Heidi is Housekeeping supervisor and in charge of a great team. One of her girls even brings her own Fabuloso and adds her special touch. Pool in the photos is not the newly renovated one. It's so much better as well as the outdoor seating area in the front with big screen TV'S. There is even a Smoking patio which I love. This is a terrific budget hotel with everything that you need. It's a 4 star older property with 5 star service. But it is what you pay for and they will give you your money's worth. Staff are not carbon copies of each other but they do a great job each in their own different ways. I would recommend this to friends and family even after I have no need to stay in the area because it's close to everything and homey in a way. Thanks to the whole team!!! Eric
