The room was very large, and clean. The location, and security was also good.

We were given a room on the first floor, with no view. The stove was very hard to control the temperatures, and the dish washer shelves were falling out, and it didn't seem like it was working properly?

The value for money is excellent. This is ideal for a family traveling together and you value your privacy. It's an apartment more than a hotel room. Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, one with a Jacuzzi a full kitchen, living and dining. And the price is amazing.

I wouldn't call the location bad, but it's not in the middle of everything. The hotel not having its own restaurant seems like a missed chance. No shuttle to Magic Kingdom. But that's really nitpicking for the price.

Our suite was very tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen had practically all of the necessities with plenty of cabinet/storage area. The full size washer and dryer were absolutely the bomb!

I wish that a door separated the shower/bath area from the bedroom. Also, an adjustable shower head would make for a better shower experience. A dressing stool in the area would be great after drying off, to at least prop your legs while applying lotion, etc. We had a 3 bedroom suite but the smaller bedroom would not accommodate our child well; he is 14 but he weighs 174 pounds and he is 6' tall so his feet hung off the twin bed.

Very clean, our 3-bedroom suite was spacious, had a lovely screened in patio area, beautiful grounds and amenities. Our suite overlooked Raccoon Lake and we saw the Disney fireworks every night from our patio. We had two separate families that stayed above us and they had children that ran and jumped all hours of the day and night. They kept waking us up. We called the front desk at 1:40 a.m. and the staff member was dismissive and did nothing to help us. This was after the third night of us dealing with it. The following day I went to the front desk and he was more helpful. I understand that kids are energetic, but to be running for hours at a time, through the night, and jumping off furniture is not appropriate. The same parents let their children run all around the pool area, including the second pool and the parents had zero visibility of their young children swimming. I think more staff walk arounds would have helped the situation.

Loved the room, The attached bathroom to the master bedroom was amazing, there was even a walk-in closet for that bedroom. Very nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved the pillows-had nice big down pillows and smaller ones for those who like whichever kind. Rooms had ceiling fans in addition to the central air. Had a nice little patio with a table and chairs that was all screened in. The kitchen had about every appliance you could ask for. Loved having a washer and dryer in our room also. The billiard room, game room and movie room was awesome. No one tried to sell us anything (as a previous review stated they tried to sell timeshares here-and we stayed here Sat-Wed)

The pool area was off the main resort building so you had to walk out of the building you were in and walk over to the pool area which was kind of a pain-but not a huge deal. If you are staying more than one or two days, and you like your coffee, you'll have to go buy some. They only give you 1 regular coffee pack and 1 decaf coffee pack. BUT-they do leave coffee filters so if you're there a few days, you'll just need to buy a small package of ground coffee. And someone complained there wasn't a direct entrance to the resort which is true but it really wasn't that big of a deal, it only added a minute or two to make the U-turn at the next light.

Me and my family stay here often I love that it’s by lots of restaurants and stores like Walmart the pool is perfect for both little and big kids. It’s a family type of resort, no loudness, no mess it’s just like being at home you are able to sit in peace and relax in your room, by the pool read a book take a walk etc. it’s one of my favorites for sure We saw a gator out there also that was cool to see

Been coming here for years I never thought of anything I don’t like about the property…..but if I have to say something I’d say it’s easy to miss and at night for sure the way it sits off to the side maybe get a higher sign lol I can’t think of anything I don’t like about this place

Very quiet and beautiful rooms!!!! Will definitely return when visiting Orlando. I noticed they also had lots of ev plugs convenient for drivers. Nice theater on property. Highly recommend for large families & anyone who wants away from the crowds and noise.

I planned to utilize the shuttle service offered, but it was not convenient & very limited. My family ended up using my car and Uber to get where we needed to be for our park reservations. This didn't negatively impact our trip, but i would have pre-purchased parking for the parks we visited had I realized the shuttle didn't have multiple pick up/drop off times throughout the day or allow for reservations. Good learning experience for future trips here.

Very spacious unit with a lovely screened in patio, that we could see the Magic Kingdom and Epoct fireworks from - as for a rear facing room for this. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Great for families as there really is a lot of communal space to move around in. They have been recently bought by a vacation rental group and as with other resorts in this position, will offer you freebies to attend a timeshare presentation. They have a nice pool and a hot tub - it was a little cool in late Feb but fine for a short dip. There is also a movie theater and a nice gym.

The entrance/exit road is a one way right turn out of the property - if you had to go in the opposite direction (everything was in the opposite direction), you had to U turn, which was also tricky as the next light is a very short distance away on a very busy road. Added about 5 minutes to every car ride which wasn't the worst but made for a hassle.

The room and suite to start. It was so comfortable and amazing. Three bedrooms, with 2 rooms having king beds and bathroom suites. Worked perfect for our golf trip. The front desk was very helpful and from Thursday to Saturday. The space of being able to cook breakfast or dinner was great as well, along with having a washer and dryer. We took advantage of playing pool, foosball, and the arcade. We would have watched a movie in the movie theater as well. The location is also excellent. Not far from the parks, so driving is very doable. Additionally, so many restaurants around the hotel. You have many choices and there is also a Publix to get needed food. All in all it was a great stay.

The things I did not like were the cupboards were pretty bare. No salt/pepper, foil, spray for pans. And the only complaint on the workers was a Sunday morning when we were checking out. The person at the desk was barely awake and there was no eye contact. But as mentioned, great overall stay.

Comfortable beds, clean, great pool, location. It was great coming back after a long day to a tidy room with changed bedding.

Shower heads! My only complaint are the shower heads. You cannot stand in the shower to add shampoo without the streams of water in your face no matter where you move. Also makes it very hard to help a child wash up. Need more of a narrow stream with more direct water pressure in the center of shower. Took forever to get soap out of hair.
