The rooms were great, along with the pools. Very clean. The resort is close to Disney and shopping.

The Grove MUST upgrade their communication with rooms to main desk, housekeeping, etc. I needed to reach the front desk but was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally walked down and was told I had to dial "Operator", not housekeeping. The next time I tried to call for another garbage bag and towels, since they only gave us 1 shower towel per room, and only 1 garbage bag for 5 nights in a 3 bedroom. We had 2 different phones calling, and after 30 minutes we gave up. This was extremely frustrating, and told them I would just leave the trash on the floor. (But I can't really live like that). I finally reached someone and did get the garbage bags.

We loved its proximity to Disney! We decided not to rent a car so it was about a 12 dollar Uber ride. Additionally our kids loved the pools and water park.

At first we were in a very dated room in the tower 1 which is the oldest tower. We didn’t do anything about it the fist night because we arrived after midnight. The next day I went down and spoke with the manager and noted how dated the room was and he was kind enough to move us to a new room and gave us a three bedroom although we only needed two. The manager told us that in future we could just request tower 2 which I would suggest!

The marketplace store is convenient and has plenty of food to choose from...however, it is horribly overpriced! The rooms are very spacious, so that was a plus!

Checking in was quite a letdown with the unfriendly staff that was working the front desk. They never said "hi" or "welcome" or even smiled! When we needed help or had questions and called from our room, it took 30-40 mins for someone to answer! The room reaked of dog pee as well. Clearly, people let their dogs onto the furniture and I don't think the cleaning staff has ever cleaned the furniture.

Proximity to Disney World.

We had to kill a few roaches in our room in the bathroom and kitchen. We chose to go to dinner on property one night and we were seated and waiting for someone to take our order, the staff just sat there looking at us and no one came over. After 15 minutes we just decided to leave.

Had every amenity we needed! the kids loved the water park! We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom, it was HUGE. we loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer, beds were very comfortable.

We weren’t allowed to bring any food or drink into the waterpark. I completely understand not being allowed to bring in alcohol, but not having snacks readily available for hungry kids and needing to buy them from the cafe was inconvenient and expensive! We were also surprised about the parking fee for $18/day. I’m sure it’s written in the fine print when we booked, but we didn’t see it, and we were quite surprised to have to pay an additional $100 when we checked in. It would be more transparent to have the parking fee policy in the forefront when booking.

Nice large rooms, close to parks and other popular areas.

Food/drink prices are a bit on the high side (even for a resort). Our booking came with “breakfast included” which caused a lot of confusion, no one on the staff fully understood how it worked. First we were told it’s not free breakfast but only a 50 dollar credit, which sounds like a lot but only covers half of the breakfast for 2 adults and 3 kids. We were told that they had to apply the credit in the restaurant, but the restaurant said that they don’t do that, they just bill the room and they take care of it at the front desk. The front desk was not aware of this, so it was like no one knew what was going on.

The security, the room size and the restaurant at the pool bar food was amazing but pricey.Staff was helpful and friendly throughout the whole property.

With the amount of money that was spent the water park should have been free with the stay. Our room had a few things that were broken already inside such as the sink water in the master bathroom could not go down and the dryer did not dry out clothes correctly because the filter needed to be changed and there was a horrible smell in the rooms when we first got in and we had to use room spray. Parking spaces were tiny for minivan users. The shower head kept leaking water even after it was closed tightly.

Several great amenities for families and restaurants for convenience so you don’t have to leave the resort.

Some features at the water park were unavailable and when requesting items from housekeeping it look several calls to receive the items. The service at the restaurants could have been better, wait times for food and service were a bit long.

I loved the room and the property was so nice! We came here for the water park and loved it! Staff was nice!

So I was supposed to have free breakfast and I was told to add it to my room and then when I check out they will take it off so I did...well hours later I get back home and check my account I was charged 125 for breakfast which isn't right. Especially when I paid 500 for one night and 20 to park...I tried calling front desk was on hold for over 30 mins so I just hung up. Not sure what to do at this point but prolly won't go back.

This was definitly a great place for a family with children. The waterpark was great. The lazy river was fantastic. Ther was a snack bar for refreshments, etc. My 9 year old granddaughter loved it. The arcade was also nice. Would definately rcommend the resort for families.

I did have a few issues, for example, the TV in the Master Bedroom needed service twice. No hairdryer in the room. Not enough glasses for 5 people. The staff was excellent in response to all requests. They could use a better quality paper towels.
