This is a great little property! The villas are dated inside but quite clean and that matters more to me. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that they provided extra bedding (like a light comforter) and pool towels. The grounds of the resort are quite picturesque and it's a relaxing area. The pool was a little chilly but it's nice and had a decent number of loungers. Lots of space in the villa. Having laundry is awesome. Good location. You're about 7 min from the beach. Close to St.Augustine - totally recommend you go.

Minor things: - The wall cleanliness could be improved in high traffic areas. - Would love 2 twin beds in the second bedroom instead of a Queen for families travelling with kids and teens.

This is my second stay at Legacy. My teens and I love the pool and activitiy room. Rhe pool was sparkling clean. The little nooks around the grounds for relaxing are very cute, and the gym was an added little bonus. The rooms are very spacious and come with necessities to get your stay started off right.

The floors felt clean, but our feet were nearly black after walking around for just an hour or so. The bed in our units primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable (and I am the person who can sleep comfortably almost anywhere). We were sad that the waterfall feature was not working at the pool. The hottub was similar temperature to the pool and did not look very clean. The stairs outside of our unit had one uneven step, which did cause each of us to wipe out on the way up at one point or another.

Our first time checking into a Legacy Vacation Resort was a delightful experience at the Palm Coast location. Samantha assisted me in checking in and she made it such a pleasure. Legacy Vacation Resorts' amenities, including the front desk office, conveniently close around 11 PM. We didn't get to use all of the amenities during our stay, but we loved the in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen fully stocked with all your needs. I also liked the little note outlining easy directions with Palm Coast's nearby wonderful beach/shopping centers. It felt like a great place to book a long vacation - good thing we'll definitely be staying here again!

I didn't like seeing piles of gray dusts when I plugged my phone charger into the wall behind one of the nightstands.

The rooms are a great size and quiet. It was more updated than the online pictures. The oversize balcony had a beautiful view of the pond. Plenty of cable channels and the wifi was okay. We.booked for 2 but was given additional bracelets in case our family was able to join. We had a Late flight and they were able to give us a late check out. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and pots. The appliances were extremely clean. Lots amenities.

The windows were dirty. The shower had a funky smell. The light outside the master bedroom is extremely bright. They have blinds on the door but should consider curtains

OMG, where do I start. The whole Villa was absolutely outstanding, over the top. The pool was ginormous, which we used every day. My husband and I would definitely highly recommend your property. The cost of staying there was more than affordable. It was about $125.00 a night. Don’t know if it was that because we were there off season.

What I didn’t like about the property, we had to leave!!! We were only there for four nights.

The property was in a easy to locate place, and the overall layout of the property was very convenient. The landscaping and pool area were excellent.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Some rude guests decided to have a party up in words of about 2 o’clock in the morning and we’re making a lot of noise inside their unit and outside in the parking lot but that I do not consider to be, the fault of the property. They did send Security to get these people to stop being so rude.

Lots of space for the price. Basically a 2 bedroom apartment - with lots of amenities like a swimming pool, billiards, ping pong, and tennis. Beautiful scenery and far enough off the road for privacy and quiet.

Primary room doorknob was broken and stained washer/dryer (on the outside). Luckily the door to the actual resort room worked/locked fine, but would've been bad if you're a worrier of safety. The premises does have 24/7 security however, so I still felt safe enough to not be concerned.

Price, location, facility.

Apartment given was out dated with it decor, appliances and furniture. One night we noticed leak from the unit above and those guest were using the bathtub and plumbing was leaking through into our unit, ceiling was wet and quite a good amount of water was dripping down. We called the front desk and they did send someone to look at it but sounded like they knew of the problem. I was concerned that the ceilings would calapse. If we ever returned to palm coast and use Legacy again we know not to ask for 10c.

I appreciated that a real person called to confirm my reservation and not a recording. We were greeted by friendly and informative staff. Our villa was SPOTLESS and spacious. We had pretty much everything we needed. The pool was not crowded and very clean, the gym was rather impressive although we did not use. There were attendants and security all over and we felt safe and supported the entire time, but not like we were being watched or anything.

The mini golf course could use a face lift and we needed a pizza cutter in the kitchen, but improvised. I also wish the hairdryers had a cool setting, they only blew hot air which was too hot for my kiddos.

the units kitchen was very lacking. They need a platter (large plate) for grilling. The existing dinner plates are glass and very heavy. there were no condiments like spices and salt/pepper. they could use a few more and a variety of pans and basic cooking utensils. and scissors. The coffee was only decaffeinated and the pot setup was dated. I would prefer K-cups that are easy to purchase at grocery store. Unit wall outlets in bedroom were not “tight” which caused our chargers to fall out. only the kitchen plugs seemed “normal “
