very no-frills. felt less like a hotel and more like an empty apartment complex. not much of a "lobby" to speak of, but staff was friendly. parking situation was weird. ended up parking on the street and risking a ticket as that was cheaper than the $35 for valet. great location. the units themselves have lots of space and a decent-sized kitchen so it's definitely a great option for someone spending multiple days in this area.

the "lobby" closes at a certain point so it doesn't really feel like a hotel. which is fine, but I did not realize it when I booked the room. it's honestly more like an airbnb in some ways.

This was lovely, very clean, and looked like a brand new apartment. It is not a hotel or Bnb as they do not provide a continental breakfast or daily maid service, however there is someone working in their lobby office and valets are there to park and retrieve your car. The kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry appliances are right in the room. Coffee packets that lasted us 4 days were supplied along with packs of sugar and cream in canisters along with dishwasher and laundry pellets. Publix grocery is just about a 10 min walk and there were many coffee shops, restaurants and bars all steps away. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and the bed was comfy-not too soft not too firm and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although we did not use the pool. We would pick this place again!

The thermostat was a little tricky but we dd get it figured out.

This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Some people complain about the parking. Not having a US phone made it difficult to download the parking apps that are recommended. The free street parking worked for shorter stops (2 hrs). We mainly used the Sundial parking downtown. This allowed us to explore restaurants downtown and then either walk or take the Trolley on Central Avenue back. The Trolley on Central Ave could be better promoted by the staff as it makes downtown parking easier - however it only runs every 30 minutes.

Loved the room, everything was updated and clean, lobby and all other facilities we visited were great as well. It’s close to everything St. Pete has to offer which is also a plus.

The parking situation is just super unfortunate… They had no valet when we went so we had to use one of the parkkng lots nearby. Most of them expire in the middle of the night which is irritating and they were also kinda shady. The closest parking lot is a 3 minute walk, so at least it wasn’t too bad. Unless something about the parking changes I think we’d consider somewhere else for our next stay, despite all the positives.

The location was perfect! Close to restaurants, bars and shopping, walking distance to Tropicana Fields and to the Pier. The Hotel was exactly like the photographs we had looked at, which is not always the case. It was clean and inviting, the staff were awesome, friendly, helpful, welcoming. The room was modern and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the music being that was played around the pool too.

Out of control of Mint House but the noise from construction next door was a little annoying, it started early. Also, our room overlooked the pool and there was a constant noise from a building across the road, possibly a ventilation system on the roof top.

Fantastic location, lots of walkable options for food & drink, one block off of the main drag so it's still pretty quiet and had no issues with noise overall. The building is brand new, clean, and well maintained. While on a longer trip I love being able to do laundry in the unit, and prepare meals or leftovers; having access to a real kitchen can counteract some of the extra cost vs going out for every meal.

I think you could get away with not having a car, but it would be more difficult to see the area and get to the beach. I found the parking instructions sent by the hotel to be very confusing; I went to one of the addresses suggested by the hotel and it was not a parking lot, additionally, some of the public lots don't allow overnight parking. Eventually I found the ParkMobile app and just street parked on nearby residential street; the city rates are decent and much better than private lots or valet. Overall I think the hotel was a bit expensive for a self-service style stay, but there are currently few other mid-tier modern hotel options in the area.

Overall, just a lovely clean hotel in a great location. Loved having a full size kitchen. Room had plenty of space and storage. The pool was lovely in the mornings, they played big band music to drown out the construction noise nearby. The pool is a little small, but we were lucky to be the only ones there most of the time. Recommend going in the morning. Large tv with Google tv had perfect picture quality. Everything except the coffee maker was impeccably clean. They provide tea and coffee. I made large batches of the mint tea they provided to keep in the fridge to drink on ice. It was lovely. I was happy that the ice maker did work. It's a little slow and noisy, just run it all day and be sure to turn it off before you go to sleep.

This place is relatively new and staff was hit or miss with helpfulness. I thought the shower could use a little more pressure and heat, my mother thought it was fine. The air conditioning in the room blows directly on your head in bed, at least in our room, and that bothered both of us. The coffee maker in my room was very dirty, I tried to clean it as best I could because I just wanted hot water for tea, but then I found the electric tea kettle in the top cupboard so that was nice. Mattress maybe just a little too firm. Not deal breakers for me, I would come back.

Location was excellent. There were assorted diverse bars and restaurants located along the road nearby. Quite a bohemian and arty feel. Great for the marina and pier area. Easy parking and drive is a straight line from apartments. Super museums. We chose to Valet park so no problems parking and walking to apartment. We just parked in front and staff parked it for us! The apartment had everything you need for a city stay including dishwasher, fridge freezer, balcony, air con etc. We were amazed at the value and location of these super roomy apartments. All staff were friendly, professional and polite. Beautiful city.

Absolutely nothing!

1. The front staff here are exceptional. LIterally the most pleasant, helpful, personal and professional staff of any hotel. I was there for five nights - and they knew my name after day 1. Housekeeping, maintenance were also incredibly nice. 2. PERFECT location. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots, stores, bars. A good neighborhood - I felt perfectly safe walking around in the evening 3. The faciliy and the apartment are immaculate. 4. FULLY equipped kitchen. D/W and WD and microwave and electric range and big fridge. 5. Pleasant view off the balcony. 6. Valet parking was quick! ( but$35/ day a bit high) Big shout out to Nadia, Sue, Jaden, Justin and Gavin(?) at the front desk. They are great.

Perhaps I should have looked more carefully at the photos because with a studio with balcony there is NO SEATING. OK there are two small counter stools for meals. And there is a rectangular padded bench at the foot of the bed - but there is NO upholstered chair and NO sofa. So if you want to just relax in your room with a cup of coffee or a drink - it is a bit of a challenge. I took a chair off the balcony but not really all that comfortable.
