The area is close to a lot of places and traffic isn't bad!!💕 The manager over the maintenance staff was just awesome !!! Our t.v. wasn't working and he brought us another one👏🏼 Game Night (The Ohio State and Georgia)

I didn't appreciate having Nadia telling me I am not allowed to have 2 washcloths to shower before bedtime and 2 for shower before breakfast(=4) and there were 2 guests in my room. This was the second time I have had issues about washcloths so I guess I will have to start packing my own.😐 👉We Do Not Reuse washcloths in my family. Under previous Management it was NEVER a problem!!!🤦🏽‍♀️ Maybe people are stealing them but with the cost of my stay I shouldn't be stressed out over washcloth issues.!!!

Everyone was super friendly! And that totally made up for the things I didn't like. It was pretty convenient in location.

I was bummed that the pool was not open 😞 . Was under the impression that it was and that was one of the main reasons why I booked this particular hotel. I also did not like the fact of not being any outlets available other than the bathroom, and the one lamp on the desk. There were not even USB outlets that could be utilized. I had to go purchase a new charger just to be able to charge my phone. All in all, it serves the main purpose for my visit, but I do not know that it would necessarily be on my list of places to stay again.

Very clean and the breakfast was phenomenal.

On check in the demeanor of the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly and he almost charged my card twice. I did not feel welcomed or my business appreciated

Comfortable Soft and neat bed. Housekeeping was great.

The front desk has to open up and welcome guests with smiles. They just sit there for guests to approach them. No instruction like the breakfast area.

The room in the hotel is large and attractive. There is a spacious fridge and a coffee maker with supplies. The beds are comfortable. There is an outdoor pool, which is good to have in Georgian weather.

The pool was not as nice as at other locations. It is shallow. There were people vaping there. If a staff member walked by occasionally, they could have asked them not to vape. The first person we spoke to at the desk was disinterested and not helpful. The subsequent people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not as good as it usually is at Hampton Inns. There was no yogurt, no hard boiled eggs, no fresh fruits, and two of the free mornings has no fruit cocktail either.

The staff was the absolute best and the rooms were very clean

I liked it. Let me first speak of the general comments about the property and then I will highlight some more pointers specifically applicable for my stay here this time. We were in Room#216. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed, wall thermostat controlled AC that kept the room at the perfect comfortable temperature. When we checked in we were greeted and checked in by Sylvia. She was very pleasant and had a nice customer pleasing positive yet professional attitude which I appreciated. The complimentary breakfast had standard continental menu with sufficient options to choose from including fruits. Coffee was available at the lounge all through out the time (including decaf). Didn't use the pool or any other facility so can not really comment on that. Nice location, close by main roads yet the room was quiet as I wished for. Perfect Stay! Now let me elaborate some of the other non-standard scenarios I had gone through and how the management/stuff went above and beyond to accommodate that. #1. I booked through Booking.com (and am Hampton' reward member as well). I had it booked for two nights to stay. But I needed to change my plan at the very last moment ; the morning of the day I was supposed to check in which was beyond the cancellation/reservation modification window by myself. I called the hotel and talked to the nice lady who picked up the call. I explained and she changed my reservation from two nights to one night only as I requested. I was very appreciative of that and also honestly liked the way she spoke so calmly which made me feel a valued customer. Great example of Customer service :) #2. I somehow managed to forget to pack a toothpaste. When I asked the hotel front-desk stuff (who happens to be the same person who I had spoken over phone earlier before arriving to adjust my reservation) she was kind me to provide a free sample. Little thing, but leaves a positive impression :)

Nothing to mention here. Everything was as we hoped for and we have had a very pleasant stay.

Reception staff were great, breakfast was good, rooms was good.

The gym was poorly equipped, lots of bits missing

We had to wait to check in. I was charged more than booking.com quoted.

I liked the room. It was clean. The tv,for the most part,worked well. The breakfast was great. The front desk agents were good, except one. The elevators worked fine. I had a microwave in my room.They accommodated my request.I liked that they had the dispensary lotion and shower gels.

The hotel is actually in Sandy Springs,not Atlanta.I didn't like that the guide,on the tv, stopped working after 10pm.I wished the curtains closed all the way. I did have some noisy neighbors at first,but then they calmed down. I didn't enjoy being profiled by one of the front desk agents. She spoke with me during breakfast,but wanted to make sure I was a guest,when I asked for towels. Why do you need to ask my room number twice,right after each other? The other agents were very nice and helpful.
